The UPS Store

On Monday, 2/26 I called the store because of a dispute I had with an online academy which was withholding a refund after they received the returned shipments on 2/13. Unfortunately, prior to calling I had no way to prove or verify this information because I lost the receipt with the tracking number for both packages. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Matt. He was extremely kind, patient and caring. He went above and beyond his duties and call of service to help me out in this matter. It was after store closing hours, he kept to his word to give me a call back after he was finished helping all of his in store customers, simply to help me recover the tracking number and details for the returns. He even helped me to verify who signed for the returned shipment. With the recovery of this information, I was able to provide proof of the return and get the aid that I needed. I am extraordinarily thankful to have received such great care which I don’t take for granted in this day and age. Matt is an outstanding manager and employee and I was so pleasantly surprised and thankful for his exceptional customer service. I’d give 10/10 stars if I could! So much so that I willingly looked for days for a customer satisfaction survey to take and inform UPS of the great care I received from Matt, but unfortunately I was not able to locate one. However, going forward, I will continue to return to this UPS store for our family’s shipments and will encourage others to do so as well. I hope Matt stays around, and others like him are onboarded, truly one of a kind! Thank YOU!!

A huge shoutout to a manager and the staff at the UPS Store on Mayfield Rd in Lyndhurst, OH. Their prices are reasonable, service is great. They have gone above and beyond to help me send back packages and with shipping. I 150% recommend this store. Great customer service!

Every time without fail I stop into this UPS and they never disappoint! The welcoming personality of the owner is ONE of kind! The time the employees (especially the owner) takes to explain in detail about shipping prices and options local & abroad is always above and beyond! Keep up the good work! Thank you for always being there when I forget to tape up a box or need a fancy shipping box! Highly recommend stopping into this location for your shipping needs you won’t be disappointed!! Added bonus always leave with tracking number to track your packages!

Purchased an item on auction from the Lyndhurst Police Department. This particular UPS location is the auction shipping agent. The owner, Mr. Patel, was extremely helpful, polite and professional in explaining the process and facilitating getting our item shipped. The item arrived lightning-fast and well packed. The shipping and handling charges were in line for retail shipment. Very pleased, will do business with them again, should the opportunity present itself! AAA++++

After one call and one simple, but important transaction with this store, I knew that this was the one. It would be "go to" shipping and printing store. As a small business owner when you encounter professional, efficient and empathetic service, you are pleasantly surprised. I've since conducted lots of business with the team at this store and have received great service. Anytime I do business with a similar service - including other UPS stores , I always think, I should have gone to the Lyndhurst store!

I mailed a package 8/17/22 ,couple days later I checked tracking # and there was no history of the package being at ups, I panicked, called the store after closing and Matt answered ,told him my situation he took all my information and said he would call me the next day because everything was closed. Matt did call and told me where the package was and when it should arrive ( I couldn’t see it when I tried tracking it ) my package did arrive and my daughter was surprised. Matt called me back afterwards and told me it arrived and what time , he was very kind and eased my spirit,so thank you again Matt for all your help.

Professional and efficient service! Went there (2-3-23) to send back my cancelled Spectrum Cable hardware and the UPS store made the transaction easy with no hassles. 👍👍

I bought a small metal table via FaceTime ( its a long story lol ) My best friend offered to have it shipped to me, only problem I live in California, this is going to be expensive..he tried Fedex crazy expensive and happened to stop in this UPS Store, I am so HAPPY he did, not only did they charge much less than Fedex but packaged it great !! I was a little concerned becasue the tracking information did not update, so after 3 days I called the store and talked to Viral, he packaged it himself and remebered the entire scenario, he told me not to worry when my table arrives near my home the tracking will update and yes it did, exactly as he described..Great experience my next trip to Ohio I will have to stop in to thank him person. I do have to say I noticed so many complaints about $1.00 for tape, its like really have you complainers every been to a USPS post office!! also I am sure he is not buying a Ferrari with the $1,00 fee, its a small business give the guy a break..sheesh !!

Different level of services and, customer oriented environment. More option of mail box than po box, pay for requirement not like pay for service not used. Easy to enter with hands filled with package to open door.

Mr. Patel was great to work with. Very sincere, honest and hard working. He goes the extra mile to get the job right and on time. A+ rating - highly recommended.

Very courteous and helpful! Im so glad I found this store. The store on 114th Mayfield in Cleveland was a traumatic experience! Don’t go there! This store has very light traffic and great customer service

I visited today March 8th right before closing at 6:45 and this very nice older gentleman working tonight went above and beyond to help me out with sending my package
