Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I wanted to rate Olive Garden curbside carryout as the best of ANY restaurant ANYWHERE! They rush it out to your car the order is always correct! The salad doesn’t have dressing containers shoved into it it’s on the outside! The food is consistently good and packaged neatly and correctly. Many people no longer do indoor dining olive garden will last a long time catering to those people. Having it brought to the car is important! Nice job! This is all olive gardens too!

Went here on a Sunday night and it was very crowded and loud, though that's not really their fault. Food was amazing, the Alfredo with crispy chicken is definitely the way to go. The server, whose name I believe was Ben was super friendly and his service was amazing. Highly recommended, one of my favorite restaurants.

Me and my mother went out to dinner tonight and immediately were impressed with the attitude and everything. Our food came out fast hot and fresh, and our waitress Bella R was absolutely pleasant. Made us feel right at home and she was at our table checking on us. Above and beyond impressed!!

Love every Olive Garden. Always delicious with great service. This is a big restaurant. Nice bar area with booths up front. Plenty of parking.

Lori is amazing. Friendly, prompt and happy to be at work. Everyone should take a note out of her book. She's incredible. Make her a manager! I came in after a job as a service industry worker and she was incredible. You'd bee foolish to let her go. You be even more foolish to not give her a raise.

Food is always delicious! Anabella was a wonderful server! It was quiet and cozy, perfect for my bday dinner! Oh and we loved the warm doughnuts with warm chocolate sauce!
You can also order your dessert from the table, kids can play games and you can pay your bill with this stand up tablet on each table! I guess it's been a while since I've been there!

Above and beyond customer service!!! It was my son's birthday and the waitress secretly asked me if i wanted them to sing happy birthday. I agreed and the whole staff came to sing and gave him a complimentary slice of delectable chocolate cake. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Clean and welcoming atmosphere and lots of free parking available. 10/10 would highly recommend you stop in and enjoy the experience yourself. Close to mentor mall with tons to do for the entire family

I havnt gone here in years but I was craving Italian and I'm glad we decided on this place.
We were seated right away for a party of 2 on a Sunday evening, 6pm. Larger parties seemed to be waiting, but family of 4 or less seemed to have no wait.
Our server was friendly and got us drinks promptly. We placed our order in with a timely matter as well. She did mess up my soup option, but I wasnt upset because the chicken gnocchi was delicious. She apologized and got me the correct zupa soup.
I got the chicken tort Alfredo which came out with a lot of food and super filling to the point I couldn't finish it. We didn't even order appetizers either. The breadsticks are always a delight! Sadly I was too full for dessert, but they have a decent amount of options.
Manager came around asking if everything was going good, which is always a nice touch in restaurants.
According to my boyfriend it was the best olive garden he has been to.
We will go back when craving italian!

Excellent food and my waitress was so excellent I wish I could remember her name but she took care of us in the front booth on Monday Evening she was super efficient , friendly and helpful

Wonderful restaurant, and the employees are really polite and friendly. Although it takes a little time for serving food, but it’s okay because it only takes 5-10 minutes. Loved my surroundings. 10/10 definitely recommended.

We actually were transplants from Outback (along with 6 other people) because Outback sucks & had a 1.5-hour wait. Not because it was busy, but because the system crashed, so no one knew what anyone ordered. But i digress....
On to OG! We were seated immediately. Our waitress, Debra, was superb. Probably 1 of the most attentive ever! The food was sooooo gooooooddddd. My son and I got chicken parm, but instead of marinara, we got Alfredo sauce on everything. I don't like OG's marinara because it's too chunky. My husband ordered a steak. It was seasoned to perfection. Basically, we lucked out that Outback was a bust. Thanks OG!

I ordered catering for 10. The price was reasonable and it came with so much food- fettuccine, spaghetti, Alfredo, red sauce, meat sauce, Parmesan cheese, meatballs, chicken, sausage, large salad with dressing and croutons, a box of breadsticks, and after dinner mints. Paper products and serving utensils were included. The servings were more than ample. I would definitely order this again.

Our server was Holley. We really enjoyed her. She was friendly and fun. But she was also professional and efficient. The food was great, as usual at any OG! We found the overhead lights over the tables a bit too bright - sort of glaring. Otherwise, a nice atmosphere. We especially appreciated that we could HEAR one another. Most places have "music" blaring, making conversation very difficult AND making us feel quite agitated. :)

We have never had bad service or food during any visit. If there is an issue, it usually stems from other guests who have zero etiquette for being in public. Food is always delicious and staff has always been on task and prompt with service.

Our server was awesome. Food was hot and pretty scrumptious. It's olive garden there isn't any high expectations. I had no complaints

Went here for a rehearsal dinner for my step some and future daughter in law. Service was great for the size of our party. Food was hot and fresh. Enjoyed it greatly.

Went one Saturday afternoon and was quite surprised how fast the service was. Our server,Taylor was awesome.She was very professional and courteous. Thank you for such a wonderful evening.

It's always a great place to have dinner in Mentor. It's a toss-up between the tortiloni and salmon. Both are my favorites, but then the lasagna is also delicious. Decisions, decisions!
