I ordered a pair of Hey Dude shoes for myself. They came very quickly, faster than quoted. Unfortunately, they didn’t fit. I requested a return label and had a reply the next day. I sent them back, they received them on a Monday and they processed the refund on Friday. I will definitely be doing business with Runnwalk again. Great customer service and super friendly!

Thanks Run N Walk for having the only blue North Face Jester backpack around AND selling it for below retail!! My son was super excited to receive it for his birthday. I appreciate that the order was promptly filled on the day I ordered it (Tuesday) and I received it on a Monday out in the Bay Area. I'll check their website again the future when I'm shopping!!

I was worried about ordering from them because I had never heard of them before but I really wanted these shoes. They were sold out everywhere else so I placed my order. Immediately I had confirmation and the next day I had received shipping confirmation. They had the best prices around and I got my shoes within a week. I will be buying from them again! Great experience!!

Excellent all around! Found something they didn't have on Amazon nor in the stores, great price, free delivery! Ordered it at night, USPS had it the next afternoon, it was delivered 3 days later- and this was to an address over 1500 miles away AND on Amazon Prime day!

Purchased a pair of Celtics edition Timberland boots and the price was retail where most places you try to find them you will spend 2-3x the amount. The boots came in perfect condition as well as the fancy special NBA edition custom box.

Shipping was also extremelyyyy fast. I highly recommend this up-and-coming business and I will be purchasing from them again in the future.

I'm pleased with this company. Was concerned after reading previous reviews, so I phoned directly to confirm they had in stock the hard-to-find-shoe and size that I needed. When I also asked about a conflicting shipping price, the gentleman on the phone made the adjustment to "free shipping" on their website while we spoke. Placed the order online late on a Tuesday, shipping tracking number received the next day (Wednesday), item received second day after that (Friday). The shoes were exactly what they were supposed to be and arrived in good shape.

The owners were super helpful and gracious when we came in! We were on our way camping, and they helped us pick up shoes for our trip. Very knowledgeable and found us exactly what we needed. Definitely recommend coming here if you are in need of a good quality shoe and customer service!
