Steven and Jamie the owners have become my family’s go to jewelers. They have an awesome selection of new and estate jewelry and are always a great price. The best part is Steven can custom make anything you need and is truly an artist. I highly recommend them!

Steve and Jamie helped my husband and I upgrade my wedding set. After many meetings and questions from myself, my husband , Steve and Jamie. ALL were answered! Concerns about not losing the look of my original setting came up at the end. By myself! But that didn't happen! My husband was very involved with the process and very pleased with the process and outcome. Workmen ship is top quality. Understanding and patience with grace was always there. Wonderful place and I know they will do ALL my work from now on. There will be more, this l know will happen.! My ring is beautiful and now it really sparkles brilliantly with rainbows of unbelievable color. Quality and price was amazing!

Steven assisted me in selecting a new setting for diamonds which had been my mother’s. He did a magnificent job resetting them into a beautiful new ring. Beyond my expectations!

Most pleasant experience I ever had with a business. The owner and his wife work well together and both are super friendly. They did a new setting on my wife’s wedding ring with 2 additional stones that turned out spectacular! I didn’t feel over charged ,it was worth every penny. I hope to see them again soon

I received excellent service with Jamie - personal and knowledgable. I had a necklace shortened and am very happy with the results in terms of timing, quality, and cost. She also helped me find some earring back solutions for a particularly delicate pair of earring posts I have, and consulted on one other repair I was considering and gave me an honest assessment that did not result in them doing the work. Quality craftsmanship from a family owned business. I love how Steven and his wife run a beautiful Jewelry store. I can always count on them to repair my jewelry to perfection, a pure talent Steven has. I know they are very trustworthy and their one of a kind pieces are works of art. We are lucky to have a highly respected Jewelry store in Chesterland and not have to travel elsewhere far.

Steve and Jamie worked with me to make custom wings for my grandkids and I. These wings have the aches of my daughter melted into the silver. They were very understanding and had patience with me. They are engraved on the back and stones on the wings. Beautiful workman ship. Everyone that has seen them are amazed. Top quality work. Wonderful and loving couple.

It was my first time at this store and I was looking to fix a thin chain necklace. The owner was super nice and within a few minutes fixed the chain, and didn't even charge me. The store is beautiful, with great selection. I'll definitely choose to shop at Prestige the next time we're jewelry shopping!

Prestige did an awesome job for me on a last minute present. I brought it in on sunday at 4pm and i got a call before 9am monday that it was done. The engraving looks fantastic and its way better than anything i was expecting. You would think Tiffany did it themselves, excellent! The price was very reasonable as well, far less than i was expecting less than $30 to clean, polish out and engrave. If i could give 6 stars i would. Thank you!

I have had an engagement ring in my family for 55 years. I proposed to my wife now of 12 years with this ring . I had to have the ring downsized to fit her finger from a different chain-owned jewelry store. Long story short - it always kept coming apart at a point that was cut out and rejoined together . Have always had to get it fixed every two years. Took it to this place and going strong for 4 years now. The owner does master-craftsman work .
