Great hardware store with a lot of selection and competitive prices. Automotive and Paint section is nice to have so close, carrying POR15 and Chassis Saver products as well as well as thinners and the like.

Doug was very knowledgeable and we traded multiple recipes. Amazing customer service. I even got free delivery and setup. You don’t get that from the big box stores or online. You guys have a customer for life.

The best customer service I've ever experienced. Way better than just a hardware store. Everything is organized and each employee is completely competent to handle anything needed by a customer. These people never have bad-hair days. They never lack for a smile and always give you great service and products. They will spoil you for anywhere else in all ways.

So much smaller than home Depot and Lowe's, but I always seem to find what I'm looking for/need

I've been going here since I was a kid. They have everything and the staff knows where to find it. The candy is over priced but everything else isn't.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Truly work to solve your problem, even if it means sending you to someone else. I will always shop local first.

What a wonderful hardware store! This place is a blast from the past when you think of old fashioned customer service. As soon as you walk in to the store there's somebody asking if they can help you. And no matter who you ask they send you in the right direction. Staff is super friendly and the store is very clean and well stock and maintained. I would completely recommend this hardware store to anyone and everyone who are in the area!

Just got off the phone with Doug who was calling to set up the delivery of our new grill

After owning a Weber grill for many years and being very pleased with it, it was time to replace it when we moved. I had searched Weber's site and determined which model I wanted. I just so happened to be driving by a Weber dealer so I stopped in. The person I dealt with was not wearing a mask and was coughing and just didn't seem especially interested in selling the model I asked about. Said there was a 3-8 week turnaround for orders

Hmmm. Decided to make no move

Called Turney's after seeing they were a dealer and spoke to Doug. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, looked up the model and said that not only could he get it for us within a few days, but that he could put it together and deliver it at no extra charge. Ended up buying the cover from them as well and you can bet that we will be buying any replacement parts from them as needed

When others talk about big box putting people out of business, this is what makes the difference, in my opinion. A genuine feel that he cared enough to take the time and wanted to take the best care of me possible

This is a great place with a great heart! In order to get us what we needed in this time of forced isolation, they broke their own rules to help. We already loved Turney's, but now we'll be looking for more ways to buy from them. Thank you for caring, doug!

Always super helpful staff and a great selection of anything I have needed

I need to come this way more often. It's about the same amount of time to get to Turney's versus the Chardon BigBox and I'm always happier here. The downside is that I have to separate out lumber trips and hardware trips, but they more often than not have what I'm looking for. Somebody takes some time to think through stock selection.
