Alter'd Core

Alter'd Core is hands down the best workout I've ever done, and I've tried several over the years. The Versaclimber classes combined with Megaformer classes offer a total body workout. I was a little intimidated to try Alter'd Core at first, but the staff and members are fantastic. I can't say enough great things about the vibe of the studio and atmosphere at Alter'd Core. Every instructor takes the time to help teach you proper form, variations when needed, and encouragement to push yourself. The encouragement from the staff is amazing, as well as the continual one-on-one follow-up with members to really helps keep you connected. I am absolutely hooked and purchased a monthly membership. I'm becoming healthier, stronger, and fitter every day thanks to Alter'd Core!

Altered Core offers an energetic all around fantastic workout. I love the high intensity of the versaclimber class, it allows you to build endurance, burn calories, and offers a low impact cardio workout, perfect for anyone that experiences aches and pains from running. The instructors and choreography are amazing bringing energy to the class. The megaformer class is perfect for strengthening your core and toning your muscles for an all over body workout. The instructors are helpful, encouraging, and make corrections throughout the class. Thank you Alter’d Core, this is the first time I’ve actually enjoyed a workout class!!

Alter’d Core is my favorite workout place and cannot recommend it enough! The versaclimber class is a high intensity class with no impact. I can really get my sweat on while building my endurance! The megaformer class is the perfect resistance class to build my strength while being safe. And the instructors are amazing! Thank you Alter’d Core!

The Megaformer machine is very low impact and challenging in a good way. I have noticed great results in a relatively short period of time.

The VersaClimber is an incredible low-impact cardio workout. The workouts on the VersaClimber machines are always different and the trainers do a great job varying the pace throughout the routines.

Alter'd Core is AMAZING! The versaclimber is the best cardio workout with zero impact. The megaformer strengthens your core and is the best total body workout I have ever done. The instructors are top notch! I love starting my day on these machines.

I highly recommend Alter’d Core for anyone looking for a low impact intense workout in 30 - 45min that leaves you feeling toned and energized. Instructors are amazing, very supportive to guide you through class with options to meet everyone’s personal fitness goals.

In my 39 years, Alterd Core is the ONLY type of exercise I have ever stuck with. From my first class, all the instructors have been so welcoming, motivating and kind. They are all so educated, which allows you to get so much more out of every class. The Megaformer has been addicting for me, and does truly transform your body. It gets better and better the more you stick with it and learn how to get the most out of all the moves. All ages and both men and women can do these classes. I cannot wait until my daughter is old enough to come with me and reap these benefits. I am a physician, and constantly discussing the mind and body benefits of regular exercise with patients - thanks to Alterd Core, I can now practice what I preach.

Hands down the best workout! It doesn’t matter what level of fitness you are, the megaformer will challenge you. The instructors at Alter’d Core are high level, motivating, and friendly. I highly recommend taking a class-both megaformer and versa climber. The only group fitness classes I actually look forward to!

I visited this studio about two months ago and it was a wonderful experience! They were very inviting, professional and friendly! I was familiar with reformer work, but not the megaformer....boy is it mega...😬. The class is very challenging and a hell of a workout. Unfortunately, I cannot afford the eight classes a month price, which is what you would really want to do! Otherwise, I would absolutely be there...I suggest anyone who can afford it, to try it and make it a part of your workout routine!

Alter’d Core has absolutely changed my life. Looked my entire life for workouts that lengthened, leaned and strengthened my body. If you haven’t tried it, your bat s*#t crazy.

This place is the perfect blend of focus and fun for me. It’s very individual. I’m not competing with anyone and only being encouraged, never shamed. It’s clean and kind and never gets easier! My posture keeps improving the more I work out and my old aches actually improve. The instruction is specific and helpful- good people. Fantastic workout.

I have been working out at Alter’d Core for 3 years! The megaformer and versaclimber workouts are the best in town!

I never really leave reviews but this place is 11/10. I had never stepped on a megaformer or versaclimber before this week and the coaches are SO helpful and encouraging and the classes are amazing. Also while it is so much fun it is an insane workout. Can’t recommend enough.

This is truly the best workout I have ever had. The Coaches are all amazing. They are always there for you. The facility is clean and welcoming. I would recommend Alter’d Core to everyone!!
