Terry is the epitome of a hardworking American! Not what you’d call warm and fuzzy, well kinda fuzzy, but very knowledgeable and efficient. I see some of these reviews about him being gruff but, personally, we went in for a tire not emotional support. We will do business here as long as he’s around!

I have worked with Terry now on 2 occasions. The first was for a flat tire that he promptly repaired on an urgent basis a few years ago. Just today, he repaired a snapped valve stem, also on an urgent basis, and after the usual business hours. He charges a fair price, is accommodating, and is honest. I would absolutely work with him again and highly recommend him to anyone in the market.

This has been my go to shop for many years. Terry works faster and harder than any other near by businesses. His work has always been top notch and as promised. Most of the time he is a one man operation but he has had different people in for help over the years. I'm afraid he is a member of a dieing breed , a person that always gives you 120%

The owner Terry was great. He took me in last second today for a big tire job. He mounted 5 brand new mud tires on 5 brand new rims for my Jeep. He swapped the factory tire sensors to the new tires. All this for $30 per tire! This is way below the competition. I plan on going back for future jobs.

I purchased a few sets of tires from Terry over the years and have always been happy with the price and service. it's a hard working, no nonsense shop. I just got a new set of tires for my old farm truck which tightened up the steering and breathed some new life into the old girl.

OMG he was a lifesaver. Spend over 6 hours on brakes and he did it within 30 minutes. We missed a filter and he knew right where too look. Wish I would have called him earlier

We needed a tire fixed as we were heading back home to Michigan. Terry took us right in and fixed us up. And hardly charged us. Thanks so much

Did okay on the tire balance. Only one person was working. Old school mechanic with many years under his belt.

The jury is still out. Balanced rear wheels. Still a vibration close to 70 mph. Front wheels were fine

What a great little secret in Chardon. I have watched many tire companies install my tires but no one has done it the way these guys do ,they take many extra measures to assure a perfect fit and funtion. Old school shop with old school ethics...go figure

Flat repair same day when I told them no rush. I could see how you might perceive a bad experience if you don’t understand communicating with people that make a living doing hard work.

Well went to wal mart to get tires they couldn’t get one off due to a cross threaded lug stud....they sent me here and these guys (Terry) was right on it as soon as I pulled in, they got the tire off called around and found a stud and took care of me mourned and balanced! Thank you!
