So glad I found this place- it has just about anything you could possibly be looking for. Great selection of dog food and prices are fair. Jason was very pleasant to talk with and he really knows his stuff.

I have to use a walker to get around. The salespeople went out of their way to help me. First, one of the staff opened the door, next another helped me get my items to the counter. Finally, my purchases were carried out to my car and my walker put in the back seat for me! Excellent store, excellent products, and excellent staff. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

I worked with the Sales Associate at the Chagrin Falls , Ohio store. My dog is older and has trouble chewing dry dog food. She showed me a couple alternatives, and I tried them today. So far so good. The staff is always helpful and friendly!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. So helpful every time I’m there. And great return policy - my dog been eating same food (we buy same food from same store religiously) & suddenly got sick. I was able to return the bag, get a new lot number, all hassle free. And my pup is back to normal!

Great pet store! All the locations have very knowledgeable staff people that can help you with all of your pet needs. They will even carry heavy bags of pet food to your car! I highly recommend!

Great place to take your sweet fur baby to, everyone is nice and their is so much variety of food, toys and beds. It is a little expensive, but the quality outweighs the price. I love coming here.

When I pull into the parking space in front of the store my dog jumps on my lap so he can jump out of the car and go into the store. They have very friendly and knowledgeable staff that will help you find what you need.
