I have bought my 2nd car from them. They were very patient and helpful. Nate was my salesman on the second time and treated me great. They couldn't find my spare key so they ended up paying for a replacement. Great place, great people. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Everybody is so friendly at the dealership. I have been buying cars there for over 30 years and have always been treated extremely well. Mike Reed is a great guy and knows all the things I need to hear. Adrian is a terrific guy and always fun to deal with.

My son just returned from deployment and needed a truck. Marty and Mitch were excellent to work with. We went to 5 dealerships and they were by far the professionals to work with. We would definitely work with them again. My son purchased a beautiful GMC Sierra with 30k miles on it, he is thrilled.

As an employee from a closed dealership had not had to actually visit a dealership in almost 20 years for me vehicle needs. I contacted Mike Lemay last week with a task that I thought would be impossible, he reacted, got it done, visited him same day and purchased a 2021 Encore GX. Mitch Leppelmeier of the Painesville Classic Buick was excellent. We have bought our last 3 vehicles from a Classic Dealership. Madison and Mentor branches. Not necessarily because we thought they were better than other dealerships but they happened to have the vehicles we were looking for. After my recent experience with Mitch at Painesville Classic , I won't be going anywhere else. It was a very easy experience. No pressure and was able to feel comfortable to express what I wanted.
