Giant Eagle Supermarket

Everything is so easy to find with one exception. I haven't been able to find my favorite 'All Bran Cereal'. It hasn't been in it's usual place. I like the "sticks" but neither that or the "nibs" have been available. Could I have missed it? One other product Lindt super large chocolate bars 'milk chocolate w/or w/o nuts. I'm wondering if these are a shipping issue .

My other favorites are almost always there for me to enjoy and I love the perks we're able to use on check-out. Great selection with new products seem to be adding every day!!!!!!!!😁😂!!

I bought two filet mignon from the meat counter today and my fiancé and I were pleasantly surprised by the tender, juicy meat! The gentleman that picked them out for me gets 5 stars too!

Overall, a well stocked and clean store.

The food is excellent the prices as well the cashier's are nice and friendly I rides a mobility scooter (my own) Nov 30th will be a day I won't forget I was looking for something I sat my phone on a shelf and forgot it I has three people to thank for the return of my phone the cashier who called my phone and didn't stop the lady working third shift when I called she told me that it was found I could have flew though the phone and given her and the person who turned it in a big hug like wise the cashier has a big hug coming 🤗

I can almost always rely on Giant Eagle for a one stop grocery shop with quality items, good deals/sales, and very good associates.

when I'm in there everyone seems to be really nice helpful. They really should do something about their soda prices though they are the highest in the area

They have a great produce dept. Always fresh.

A good Giant Eagle. Produce has improved greatly since I first started living in this area. Deli and Bakery are both great. Giant Eagle is not the most affordable grocery store, but with fuel perks and coupons it is manageable.

Clean. Most items are in stock. Fast get out of there process.. that's important to me and you. Nobody likes lines. But it's always been pretty quick.

Still quick! I still go there!

Got some good quality items on those shelves and racks. Plus I get points for shopping there.

While visiting the area, I went shopping here. Store had everything I was looking for. Staff at seafood area was very helpful with questions about oysters.

Bakery Department did an all around superior service. NADINE took my call with care. She was knowledgeable and assuring. At pick up all my expectations were met. The cake Nadine helped me order was just right. CHRISTINA at the counter was pleasant,efficient and provided extra care with my kids' cake. Thank you so much.

With plenty to offer, Giant Eagle of Painesville is more than just friendly place that exceeds your shopping needs. Boasting with a staff thats always smiling, and eager to help, great hours of operation, and fair prices, it’s not hard to see why even the fellow shoppers seem to have a chipper, working class collective.

The store has an aesthetic, welcoming feel. Starting off, a stroll through the plethora of produce, “leafs” me without a “carrot all”. Upon walking through the dairy section, I’m so “uddurly” astonished with their selection, there’s “gouda brie 100 different cheeses.

Next we have the Bakery. Now this section is the “apple of my pie”. After all, they say “live is all you knead”, Muffin compares to the fresh baked goodies, but let’s not “loaf”, let’s “roll” to the deli.

Ah yes, the deli. The best around, now matter how you “slice it”. With the freshest flavors so outta this world, their turkey and ham should be called “launch meat”, I suppose at some point, it would become a meat-eor”. Sorry to trail off, I have a short attention “spam”.

Amazing!!! I'm gluten free and sugar free and they have lots of keto/gluten free options which I'm very happy about. Great produce. Its more speedy than walmart but you get more options on health foods so it works.

Absolutely wonderful staff. Everyone is so nice. Don’t understand all of these negative reviews. If ur waiting in line too long, it’s not the pharmacies fault. They have to run certain checks before handing them out. The drive through is just for convenience, it’s gonna take the same time as it would if you went inside. It’s not like ordering a burger at McDonald’s. Lol and some of you act like you’ve never had a shot before. Yes they have to stick the needle in ur arm. Yes it may get bruised and hurt. It’s not their fault ur body reacts differently to the vaccine.

All these people complaining about the new checkout system at the store. They have working full service registers again. They were under a remodel and it wasn’t finished before people judged. I have seen the hard working people at this store get screamed at over this. Yes they added more self checkouts but that’s what I’ve witnessed a lot in todays world because nobody wants to work. Shout out to the friendly employees at this store.

Grate place to shop! They have tons of freshly made meals, salads, and almost any food you can think of plus a maned departments, for pre made, very large deli, bakery and deserts, see food and a butchers dept. The maned departments usually 2 or 3 people that are knowledgeable and very nice!! The rest of the store has lots of verity, well stocked a very clean. They also have a very large wine selection and state liquor store. Great place to shop!!! 👍👍👍👍👍

Good for specialty items and sales specials, otherwise they're pricey. Love the state liquor store inside the beer and wine department. And the new vegan section in produce is convenient. Good prepared foods, sushi and beer on tap that's available by the cup for an extra fun visit.
