Staff is kind and willing to answer questions. Prices are fair. We've even found some long lost games we've wanted for years.

I went there with my grandson he told me that he likes the prices they are very low he bought a cord to hook up his steering wheel to his x box we had been looking all day also nobody was talking my prices when he went to E.F. they had it also they had it for the price that put a smile on my face I has to take my phone in to have my screen replaced or repaired Iam so glad that my grandson told me about E.F.or I would be up the creek with a broke phone screen Hopefully they are talking my prices to repair or replace my phone screen 🤗🙏🤗 Update They where talking my prices I had my phone screen repaired and the repair is excellent they did a wonderful awesome fantastic job on my screen for some odd and beautiful reason my screen feels a bit larger and heavier keep up the excellent work you have a new customer.

The team working at the Painesville location was awesome to work with. I was unloading a lot of old game consoles and games that GameStop and eXchange would not even consider taking and this business accepted all of the stuff I had to trade. The best part is I thought I there was no value in any of the content I had and I walked away very happy with the trade amounts they offered. Cool part is you can take cash or go with the in store credit which is 30% more than the cash offer. Going back to the team that works there in Painesville, super friendly! Other places I went to previously saw the amount of things I was trading in and seemed like they did not want to deal with me. This team was actually excited and kept thanking me for bringing things in to trade. I was the one that should be thanking them!! If you get a chance, stop by and check them out - some of that old stuff in your basement may be worth something!!

I called because I was having an issue with a system I bought on eBay. I brought my new (to me) Nintendo 64 in; I was getting no video or audio after plugging it in, they said I could bring it all in to test the cables to see what the issue was at no charge. When I brought it in I was greeted by a friendly staff and was helped by a man named Lee. He took a few minutes to check the system while I looked around and I noticed that everything was clean and organized. They had a pretty big selection! He found what was wrong with my system and said he could fix it, and that’s just what he did. I had good conversation with the staff while he worked on it, and it took him under 10 minutes. The repair was super affordable! I brought the system home and it works perfectly now. Highly recommend this place and location for anyone with questions about repairs for systems, old or new.

Friendly staff, big selection of quality stuff to choose from, and they were very knowledgeable. Bought two used playstation 3 controllers in great condition that surprised me had a 30 day warranty. I will purchase more stuff here in the future. To the people who gave low star ratings nobody forced you to do anything and it's a business they have to keep the doors open. Getting items low and selling them for a profit is what every GOOD business does.

We took my sons Nintendo switch there to get repaired. It was done within 1 day and the cost was only $30! Definitely recommend!!

These guys are fantastic. They used to have one huge store, but the building got torn down. So, there are now a few smaller stores. They moved some merchandise from one store to the other for me to pick up closer to home. Love these guys.

Amazing games are a bit overpriced in my opinion but they fixed my playstation hard drive extreamly quickly and at a decently fair price not disapointed at all good job and thank you!

Can"t say enough about this place. Customer service is outstanding! Very friendly. Very helpful. Very informative. They are genuinely nice. They didn't act like I was "bothering them at work"like some places make you feel.Repairs are at a fair price too. I dont know much about electronics or gaming systems but they really helped me out with my son's ps4 repair. Thanks guys😊

It's nice having someone who will help you understand what you are doing and buying. The employee's here are some of the best around they treat you like family. And nice prices for selling and selling and buying.

If your into gaming, this place has new games all the way back to vintage games. I always look at their selection of atari games when I go in.
