Five Guys

Love me some 5 guys. Burgers were awesome. All the way is the only way! Milk shakes are totally worth the splurge. They were fairly busy but still fast and nice! Can't wait to return.

I have not had better Five Guys for years and years. Huge serving of piping hot, perfect fries, amazingly fast service, and everything was just extra. We live 30 minutes away and will pass several others to go to this location. Awesome experience!

Hands down best cajun fries on the planet. The perfection of the grilled onions and fresh bite/burn of the jalapenos just take this fast food burger joint to multi star levels.

Stephen D is a great manager! He goes above and beyond. We go out of our way to come to this Five Guys because of his excellent service! Love this place!

What can I say? Five Guys is always a long wait....but only because your food is made to order right in front of you . The burgers and fries are amazing, but I personally save this place for special occasions. It's on the pricey side, but worth every penny. The shakes are bomb 💣 too!

Food is so good!!! But sad you don't have malts anymore!!

One of the things I appreciate about this restaurant is the music is not loud like it used to be and like it is in other five guys. Now getting to the food my sandwich was cooked exactly like I wanted with all of the items I wanted on it nothing more. The fries could have been cooked a little bit longer but I'm a little picky that I want well done fries so take it for what it's worth. Giovanni who took my order was extremely nice and helpful and even smiled which many people don't anymore so I think he should deserve a pat on the back. The restaurant was clean and I would go back there again when I'm in Mentor, Ohio.

Woe, what a place! Were not prepared for this experience. The customer service were top notch; friendly, upbeat and very helpful.
Got a taste of the shake and again blown away. The fries were perfect, long time since I tasted real fries. And then the burger; simply the best burger I had.
Their menu is very small and it shows. This place is not about quantity, but quality. Five Guys certainly deserve a star for each of them.

My food and service was awesome 👌 at this location 😋 My burger was made perfectly not over cooked at all and you already know the fresh cut fries with Cajun seasoning was absolutely delicious.

There is much to like about Five Guys in Mentor. Every time we have visited the place is clean and the service is always quick and friendly. I love the simple but effective menu of Burgers, Fries, and Dogs. A regular hamburger is massive and 2 patties. The french fries are cut fresh daily. And there are unlimited free peanuts while you wait for your food.

Best burgers in town. Super juicy and made with fresh topping. They also have great fries with generous portions. The regular size is good for two people. The milkshakes are great. They can even make it with fresh cooked bacon. Try the bacon and chocolate.

Absolutely the best hamburgers in Mentor. Although a tad pricey. Love the free peanuts and the fancy soda machines. Fun to mix your own unique flavors.

The staff is always friendly and pretty quick with each order being individually custom made.

My only complaint is they won't cook pink burgers. Well done only.

The staff always gives excellent customer service, especially the young woman that works there.. Love that they have a vegetarian sandwich!

The burgers are consistently on point and really can't be beat by any other local establishment. It is on the slightly pricey side, but the generous amount of fries makes up for it and the Cajun spices you can get on them are fantastic.

This place always brings quality meals and a super friendly staff. Only place I will go for a burger besides Wendy's!

I finally got fresh, got 5 Guys, and I now have a better understanding of why people love it. I really appreciate that their online ordering has no bun and lettuce-wrapped options, too. Lettuce wrapped worked well!
