Tyler Kline and team were the best! Tyler worked with me for months to find the perfect Nautilus and he didn’t disappoint. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy the entire process. I just recently purchased my new truck. Scott was amazing. I was really struggling with finding the perfect vehicle for the right price with a payment to fit my budget. Roscoe and Scott went above and beyond and brought two cars to my work so I could see both cars side by side. I was so grateful because I had to work and could not come in to see them. Buying my Bronco through Klaben was a great experience. I purchased it when other dealers were putting huge markups on the Bronco’s because they were still scarce. Klaben didn’t do that, I got my Black Diamond with mid package for a fair deal. Luke Deegan made the whole sales process a breeze. Two words, one person: Shelby Wiley. Literally since I got my car, she's been my go to. I refuse to talk to anyone else simply because she takes such good care of me every time. I’ve been blessed to work with Scott BURGHARDT again at Klaben Ford in Kent Ohio. Have had the opportunity to drive the Mustang Mach-E and of course feel in love. Out of the blue reached out to Scott and asked my questions.
