Shelves are well stocked, organic alternatives, plenty of parking, very clean and close to great shopping alternatives that you could visit before finishing with your grocery shopping. Target, Kohl's, Hobby Lobby and places to eat like Panera, McDonald's ...

Ordered both sons' birthday cakes and cupcakes here. They did not disappoint! Beautifully decorations and great tasting!

Great selection of products, fresh fruit and vegetables, great prices quick and friendly staff.

Excellent selection of fresh produce, craft beverages, hot foods, salads, ready to warm or cook at home entrees, along with the normal grocery selection, that I expect from a modern supermarket. Friendly staff willing to prepare things for you to pick up. Spotless clean attractive and well ordered environment. Good selection of beer and wines and a state store for higher proof beverages. The inclusion of the bank with extended same day deposit credit make it a great location for One Stop shopping and conducting your banking needs.

I really was amazed at the service I received at the meat counter. The meat manager was willing to open a quarter of beef to remove the ribs just for me as beef ribs are one of my favorites! The service was excellent!
I also had a great encounter at the seafood part of the market, where The manager made sure that the mussels were tight, closed , and fresh, absolutely delicious! Please keep up the good work!

We can always find what we are looking for when we shop at Giant Eagle. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The prices are better than most other grocery stores.

Large store, incredible selections of pretty much anything you're shopping for. Shelves well stocked. Staff very helpful if you can't find what you're looking for. Lots of staffed checkout lines available.

Most of the time, I have a great experience here. Staff is friendly. The layout makes sense. Large freezer section and meat department. Produce is always fresh and well stocked. Overall no major complaints.

I won a scratcher. And only this Giant Eagle has a policy that they will give you up to $5000 dollars. You don't have to go to a Racino. It's safer to go to Stowe, than to Cleveland. Well managed store.

Been shopping here since moving to Ohio. It's a grocery store. Alright. Good selection of produce. Makes Acme produce look like Marc's produce. Prices are good and rewards program is...not as good as it used to be.

Good variety of food. They have a liquor store and decent wine selection.

They are very helpful and friendly at this grocery store. The managers are willing to help and solve any issues that customers might have. One time I even left something in the cart and they replaced it for free because it was not there when I returned. Thanks for being awesome!

Called bakery department at 7 pm Thursday and spoke with a delightful person named Olivia. Olivia was very helpful as I was ordering a birthday cake. She gave me great suggestions and was great to talk to. Hats off to Stow-Kent store #4096!

It's like any normal Giant Eagle! The wine and alcohol section is very well stocked!! The meat, deli and bakery sections has a good variety of selections! I loved their salad and pickle sections in the middle of the market!!

Linda at customer service has been helping me with WIC and everything else for 11 years. So kind and knowledgeable.

Great place for your shopping pleasure

I don't normally shop at Giant Eagle as I usually think their prices are too high. But they were the store open late tonight, I needed groceries for a party and I found everything I needed to be on sale! They have such a great selection, too; so, I may be shopping Giant Eagle more often.👍

Went in Target, filled my cart with everything on my list, except the coffee creamer they didn't have and went up front to two cashiers and the self checkout lines backed up into children's! Grabbed my purse and walked out. Went to Giant Eagle next door, got EVERYTHING on my list, paid a little more, but was in and out in under 10 minutes. I'll take it.

Love their fuel perks program! You can use it for gas or for a discount on groceries. I always use it on food, as they don't have gas pumps at the store I use. So glad when they changed the program to allow perks to be used for groceries.
