Laura and Dylan were absolutely Superb! We went in knowing what we wanted and Dylan went out of his way to recommend some other items to give us some options.
Laura helped on customizing our couch setup and checking out going step by step and triple checking our order was correct!
Knowing that we quickly needed a bed set they both assisted in making sure we were able to get these items by the date needed! We will be back if we need anything on the future.

Absolutely enjoyed the delivery team. Very nice and professional young men. Extremely courteous and respectful! They took care to set up my sectional and made sure everything was functioning properly. They explained in detail, operation of my power sofa and how the connections work. The delivery was very friendly helpful and professional. They did a great job of providing updates and delivery window timing was very accurate.

We are a returning customer for probably the 6th time over the last decade. We have worked with some really great team members as well. Today was no exception. In fact the store manager John was very helpful and informative. As well Marquis Flynn the sales team member who right from the get go didn't apply any added pressure into us buying anything. We were allowed to have the time to look around and have the feeling of wanting to purchase something so thank you Marquis for being so understanding and knowledgeable. As well going over everything we were getting so it was exactly what is expected. Definitely ask for Marquis when you go there. When we return again for our next purchase which we will, you are our pick.

We had a store credit from furniture we purchased a few years ago. David greeted us and quickly ordered the office chair my husband had picked out online. Within minutes he took us to the customer service desk where Laura helped me choose a blanket so we could use all of our credit
In under 15 minutes we had a new chair and beautiful blanket and out the door
