We had an amazing shopping experience to find the perfect wedding band stack with Sara and the Kasia team. First off Sara is a mind reader. She knew exactly what I was looking for to help me build the stack of my dreams. Also the shopping experience is very intimate, just you, the rings, and a sales associate, which I loved. Second the Kasia team was very quick in helping get the rings sent to me because I was unavailable to pick them up in the store. They packaged it with so much concern and care (3 boxes and bubble wrap) to make sure my rings got me safely. Their customer service is top tier. Lastly, the rings are gorgeous. The craftmanship is amazing. They are very unique and you won't find these designs at your average jewelry store. Thank you so much! I highly recommend anyone to stop by the store and see their jewelry, you will not regret it.

After submitting on their website, I was quickly scheduled for my virtual consultation with Abby, who I recognized from their TikTok videos (the original reason I found them). Holding the appointment virtually didn’t impact the experience in the slightest. The video quality and sound were crystal clear, Abby was bright and well versed, helping me navigate the different options available that aligned with the overall vision I had for my set. I selected the Rachel and Leo bands, with the Leo customized with a personal message.

After purchasing, Abby and her team were always available for questions, giving manufacturing updates, and final pictures before expedited shipping. Shipping via UPS, I felt comfortable and secure that I always knew where my rings were throughout their journey to me. The rings were beautifully packaged and then securely placed amongst several outer layers to ensure they would not tussle during shipment.

Overall, I could not be more satisfied with the quality of the jewelry, the professionalism and knowledge of the staff, and the entire experience. I will be a for sure return customer!

After such a wonderful working with Kasia on ordering my fiancee's engagement ring (which gets so many compliments everywhere we go), we also got our wedding bands there as well. We were able to come in for a very personal/hands on appointment at their shop in San Diego. Sara was so helpful, kind, and honest with us. We felt like we were in very good hands, and my partner and I could not be happier about the experience and the bands we got for our big day. Kasia does it right. They even let us bring our dog in for our in person meeting. Joy for the whole clan!

After being a long time fan and follower of Kasia Jewelry, I was so excited to visit their showroom to shop for my wedding bands. Upon arriving, my fiancé and I were greeted by Kasia and Sara, both of whom were so welcoming and friendly! The showroom was also stunning, in an awesome location with beautiful lighting and design!

Sara and Kasia took time to understand our budget, style, and our story in order to help us build the perfect stack! They were very honest and open about their designs, and was sure to inform me that the Dani band is delicate due to its design, to ensure that I was making an informed decision about our purchase.

While the bands did take slightly longer to come in than we were originally told, the team was very communicative throughout and responded to emails nearly immediately! Picking up my finished bands was also a nice experience - they were beautifully wrapped and Sara made it feel super special!

Well before I knew I was getting engaged, I fell in love with Kasia's ring designs on Instagram! My (then) boyfriend, best friend, and sister used their rings as inspiration to create my engagement band at a local jeweler. When it came time to look for a wedding band I did initially look local, but everything fell short on both design and uniqueness. As soon as I scheduled a virtual styling appt. I knew I was in the right place! Their kindness, helpfulness, and knowledge helped me find the perfect band to complement my ring. We decided on the Claire band, which needed to be put into production for the choice of gold I chose. I knew it was a little bit of a risk considering my wedding timeline and the nationwide worker and supply shortages of 2021. It came up right to the day before my wedding that the band was delivered, but not without clear communication on their end AND they even provided a plan B for worst case scenario. I never once felt not taken care of because they truly value their customers and their big day. Their love for making unique, meaningful jewelry is so apparent from beginning to end. I love my wedding band and am so happy to have worked with Kasia Jewelry and their team. It was a dream and far exceeded my expectations!
