Cardiff Seaside Market

This is a dream store, especially the deli, either their delicious sandwiches or maybe it's the dessert section, hmm no, it's the gourmet cheese/cracker department, not sure but it's a great store!

Customer satisfaction and service is paramount! I needed something to cook for the night, the owner of 24Vegan was doing a demo, and it was delicious! I put a tablespoon of their Chili Oil (mild and savory) and a table spoon of Stir Fry sauce, oil, garlic, veggies and chicken and put it over a bed of rice and I was super good!

I love this market! Fresh bread that is to die for. Amazing cheeses, meat and fish. Hard to find items. Family-owned feeling. Lovely atmosphere. Makes shopping fun and inspires you to want to cook tonight!!!♥🥘

What a cool place. It's a cross between a Bristol Farms and Trader Joe's. Locally owned, fresh produce, and a quick order kitchen that offers many things, one of those things being Cardiff Crack. I had a breakfast burrito on my way into San Diego and a Philly cheesesteak on my way home. The portion sizes were solid, and the Cardiff Crack definitely didn't disappoint. The staff was friendly and efficient, the store was clean, and the food was delicious. It's definitely worth a stop.

Best Deli selections you’ll ever see and the best prime rib in California. Hands down my favorite spot to pick up some “Cardiff krack” and feed a bunch of people

Nice store and good service. Love the range of items they carry and the quality is top notch. BUT... the real reason we go there is their marinated tri trip roast. Expensive but oh so good. The even provide you with cooking tips for their tri-tip.

We love this market for all things. Especially the crack.
Got the Cali breakfast burrito. It was good. A little too wet with the massive amount of guacamole but would order again.

SEASIDE MARKET FLORIST is outstanding. I worked with Pamela for my wedding to create a beautiful bridal bouquet, centerpieces, and boutonniere and the vision she brought to life far exceeded my expectations. She is so incredibly talented and has access to an amazing inventory of flowers which she so thoughtfully put together and created something so special for us. Her overall knowledge, attention to detail, and understanding of what our vision was stood out. Her customer service, kindness, and communication made the experience so personable and easy. It also felt like we were really part of the process while she guided us patiently. The pricepoint was SUPER affordable and less than half of what any other small florist would charge. She personally delivered and arranged the flowers the day of our wedding with so many extra special touches along the way. 20/10 recommend working with Pamela and Seaside Market.

The Cardiff crack sandwich and pot pie! Their signature Poké! Octopus salad! Leek and potato patties! The lentil soup! So many delicious options. And that is just in the deli! The store has SO many great things that I can only find there.

So many friends recommend their tri tip to us, so we have to give it a try when we pass by Cardiff. The first time when we tried it, it was okay, I don’t think they are that good. This time, we used our Kamado grill to grill it, it was pretty good. The flavor is nice and the meat texture is kinda chewy. I actually like their other stuffs too, like the stuffed chicken, and salad. They have a big meat & cooked foods area, I’ll explore more in the future.

This market was a staple for us while staying in Cardiff. Not only did we grocery shop here, but the prepared foods were awesome. We had two meals from the counter. The crack tri-tip is apparently legendary. I can see why. The fresh fish was awesome as well. We tried the Ahi Tuna and the Branzino. Both were awesome and easy to prepare.

The whole purpose of going to Seaside Market was to get the famous Cardiff Crack. I always saw the Cardiff Crack Nachos at Petco Park and after eating the nachos, I wanted to get the meat at the source. I saw they had 3 Tri Tips so we got 2 pounds of the Cardiff Crack, 1 pound of Garlic Tri Tip, 1 pound of Chipotle BBQ Tri Tip. All of them looked really good but the Cardiff Crack was nearly gone, they had more in the back because it was only 8:30 am. Anyways there was a ton of prepared food that looked great and I wanted to grab everything. Overall lots of people shopping early and great vibe inside.

Great little market in every way except for one, very expensive! However quality of all the fresh fruits and veggies is superb and bakery items good as well, nice if slightly small olive bar and the deli fresh food section is very good. Definitely not the place to shop for common grocery items unless finances are no concern, but even if they are some hard to find items in here are worth it.

Nice little place with lots of small stores, coffee, acai bowls, groceries, pizza and beer.

Small quad for kids to run around too. Always bustling w people. Just watch out for the cars in the parking lot

Seaside market is a great grocery store for all your cooking needs. They have a huge selection of wine, cheese, and fine meats. Tons of amazing spices, cookware, and specialty drinks. If your in the area do not skip this place. They have premade meals and the world famous Cardiff crack.

When we started planning our wedding and found out Seaside Market did catering we knew we had to book them. We were already big fans of Cardiff crack so we knew the on-site grill would feel true to our style and a nice laid back way to treat our guests to some delicious food. After the wedding we had multiple friends and family rave about the tri tip and mac and cheese. We over ordered but didn't have any leftovers which means guests were going back for seconds and thirds! The staff at Seaside is super professional and easy to work with. The best part is we can always go to the market and order a plate to bring back memories of our wedding day!

We always stop here when we're in town. Best tri-tip ever. We buy several pounds and grill it at home. Very tender and juicy. They also have a great deli, bakery, produce section and grocery. A little pricey, but you have to expect it.

Cardiff Crack, aka - Burgundy peppered Tri tip. That is the main reason I come here. You can buy it ready to cook, or you can get a sandwich from the deli. On the weekends they are grilling the tri-tip fresh outside - so come smell the BBQ!

The Original BBQ Crack sandwich itself has generous portions of super tender tri tip, topped with the seaside bbq sauce, crispy fried onions, on a fluffy soft brioche bun. Yes its worth the 15-20 minute drive from my house!

The Deli has a massive variety of food options, veggies, vegan, pre-prep, ready to eat, take home and reheat, sides for your BBQ sandwich lunch, for any occasion - you have to see it to believe for yourself.

I've purchased tri tip on several occasions, and cooked at home and its always a winner! It may sound a bit on the pricey side, but its worth every cent!

I'm also a really big fan of their giant cookies which they generously stock at the deli and the check out line, so you cant miss those either.

Store is always really clean, and despite how small/tight the parking lot seems - i have always managed to find a spot without having to drive in circles.

Parking is tight but the TriTip sandwich aka Cardiff Crack is absolutely amazing. Excellent BBQ sauce if you like it that way. Tender, seasoned perfectly... no disappointment here. The Seaside Market has an excellent variety of EVERYTHING plus some fun stuff to checkout.
