Excellent service!! Had water leak in overhead pipes after coming home from vacation. Called in the morning, and even though all techs were booked for the day, they reworked their schedule and an had a tech come out and fix my leak. I can't say enough about their willingness to jump through hoops to address my emergency. Highly recommend Zech Plumbing!!

Dave came out to clear the pipes from my Garbage disposal and I also had him snake the other drains since he was there and they had never been cleaned.

John Zech and his employees are the most skilled men in their field. We've used them for 14 years. They are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. We highly recommend them for any job, complicated or simple. We have never had a problem communicating our needs to any member of the staff.

Fantastic service!

They guy who came to work on my toilet was great. Very helpful did great work. I needed some follow up work but trying to explain it to the receptionist was futile. She didn't listen, kept talking over me and I finally gave up. You lost a customer not because of your work or your prices but because of your gate keeper.

We had a very sad experience with the company. The technician that was sent to us started fixing the water heater and explained that he will need to buy some extra parts the next day. We haven't received the call from the company and when I called back the customer support, the person said that the technician person is not working anymore and we will not be able to come anymore, maybe find someone else. There was no hot water for a while already and now I have to find someone else and schedule an appointment (maybe it will take another week with no hot water).
The technician person actually replaced some part and said that it did not help, kinda stuck in the middle(

Zech plumbing took over a week to repair a simple hose pipe. After sending out 4 plumbers with never a call to me, the job was completed. They also had to repair the connection to the watersoftener which their plumber broke!One plumber refused to wear a mask, and bad mouthed another plumber from the same company. The owner said he didn't care if he got bad reviews and would not paint the hole his plumber had made in the building , although one of his plumbers had told me his boss gave him a compound that would match the paint. The owner, John, was rude, refused to send someone out to paint the hole. I would NEVER recommend Zech plumbing and suggest that you find a plumber who cares about pleasing his customers. This company clearly does not!

Do not do business with people who road rage like they do. I saw this happen and then saw the dashcam of the POV of the person they tried pushing off the road and this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.
