Walgreens at Felicita Parkway has the best pharmacy staff..they're personal, professional and provide stellar customer service. The store staff is pleasant, willing to help, making me aware of sales, or savings coupons. The services provided through their website...are innovative and really work..knowing the status of my refills without calling...having my RXs ready at the time I gave for pick up, makes my experience so much better. I called on a Sunday at 4:55 to say I forgot the shorter hours, the pharmacist left the pick up window open till I got there at 5:05, Walgreens provides the personal service of a private pharmacy..without the shorter hours, and limited/expensive merchandize.. Walgreen's is an exception...good job!

I love this store always clean, friendly cashiers that give a great costumer service at all times especially Tammy love her always so nice and patient when it comes for me to use coupons also but all cashiers are super nice just dont know names.

Pharmacy is the best! Kind and knowledgeable! Photo Dept is helpful and friendly! Clerks (Jo Ellen) are helpful, kind, and cheery!! Clean store.

Neighborhood Walgreens always has the medicine and the right Healthcare products my family and I need.

Bill the Pharmacist went out of his way to get something filled. I am going to transfer everything here.

Pharmacy is knowledgeable and friendly

Timy from the pharmacy department was extremely rude. I wanted my sons prescription to be transferred and did everything so it would get transferred. When on the phone she said ' they were really busy and couldn't answer my questions at the moment but I would get a call back" 4 hours later no call. I called back only to find out my son's inhaler wasn't added nor in my prescription. It is why I wanted to talk to Timy to ask and confirm. Never received a called back . I had to make the calls and just to be told they can't help. Why do we rely on pharmacies who do not care ?

Worst Walgreens ever. Very unprofessional and I know customer service. Western Union closes at 8 but if your there at 4, you can't get money bc they already picked the drawer up. Like I never in my life met a place that didn't want to help people the way this Walgreens doesn't. Spend your money elsewhere.

I have a friend that works at Walgreens on West felicita avenue in Escondido the store manager talks down to my friend does it treated with respect yeah he met him being at have authority in at Walgreens but he also needs to treat his employees with respect and dignity which he does not he's an older gentleman with white hair either needs to lose his position and be demoted or fired

I normally visit this store regularly. All my prescriptions also. Today I went in to get a stuffed anamal that was marked 9.99. The manager was called and I was told it was 19.99. As I went back to check the price the manager moved the sale price and pretty much told me too bad. Wow really. Great management. I didn't mark it wrong. I will move my prescriptions

A pharmacy that makes it difficult to actually get pharmaceuticals. On two occasions, prescriptions were not ready for pickup even though messages were sent claiming they were. It also closes unexpectedly midday, which is not published. They’ll even close the window while you’re waiting in line!
