GOLO Boxing: Gloves on, Lights out.

GOLO has the best community, trainers and classes. Every class is upbeat and challenging and has kept me coming back consistently for over a year. Austin, the owner, has created such a welcoming environment with really knowledgeable trainers. Everyone is there to help you reach any fitness or boxing goals you may have and you will feel 100% supported along the way. I can not recommend GOLO enough you will be hooked instantly.

If I could rate GOLO a 6/5, I would! The community within and surrounding GOLO is very welcoming, motivating, and overall enjoyable. The gym owner, Austin, is an amazing instructor, trainer, and person. His presence in the gym is very uplifting and I appreciate the intention and consideration he puts towards his workouts/sessions. On top of facilitating a variety of challenging and purposeful classes, I'm impressed that the workouts the GOLO team instructs are intentionally incorporated based on the science behind building a healthy and sustainable physique. I have been looking for a gym that not only provides intense practices, but educates me on the proper techniques and forms for boxing/working out, and GOLO provides it all!

My experiences working out at this gym have been nothing less than amazing. The establishment is clean, their staff is friendly, and the teardrop bags are personally one of my favorite features! If you're looking for a place to grow your physical health and find a motivating+uplifting community, GOLO is the place!

I love this place! After taking a couple of intro classes I decided to commit and fully sign up and I'm so happy I did. Austin who is the owner and head trainer is so kind and encouraging, I'm ready to continue my fitness journey here. These workouts will push you in the best way, I highly recommend!

Austin and his team are the best. They got me hooked on boxing because of the quality of teaching and great studio setting (cool lighting, good music, supportive environment).

Golo also stands out because it's a nice little community that welcomes complete beginners to advanced boxers.

GOLO Solana Beach is a strong workout with great vibes. The trainers are super friendly and they design new workouts so it's never the same. There are all ages that come to the classes. Every time I leave, I do so sweating with a big smile. (Also, they clean everything thoroughly. I feel safe at this gym and am so glad they are open.)

GOLO makes working out fun and something to look forward to during the day. The instructors are amazing - each with their own flare! The variations in class types makes it so that there is something for everyone (boxing, circuit training, etc.). Everyone is so friendly and there is such a strong sense of community!

I’ve never had so much fun doing cardio before! Cardio has always been something I dread but GOLO has made me look forward to it! Their classes consists of boxing with a mix of HIIT training with great music, helpful coaches, and just amazing vibes all in all! They even offer 1 on 1 personal training if you want to take your training whether it be in strength training or boxing to the next level. 10/10 recommend!

I am a neighbor of Golo Boxing and let me just tell you….as an owner of a non profit….the nicest guy/instructor and business ever. Total Community supporter and all around great trainer. Fun classes, great music (not gonna lie….hear it thru our thin walls)….and lots of options. Its an amazing space to hold events too. Please work out there…and if you have kids….put them in our theater at the same time Bonus points!

It was the first time my daughter and I have ever tried boxing. We were looking for something new to increase our upper body strength. Steven was an amazing teacher. He was patient, fun, and a great teacher (even for this uncoordinated Mom). I highly recommend this class. It was a great workout!

Amazing workout with Gabby this morning! I was nervous since I had never been to a boxing class. I felt at ease the minute I walked in. She taught me how to wrap my hands and made sure I was using proper form throughout the class. It was one of those workouts where it kicks your butt but is fun so you don't realize how hard you are working until you stop. The studio is clean and the music was perfect! Thanks, Gabby!

Great experience today, had my first class at GOLO Boxing and it was everything I expected.
Place is super clean and cool looking, love the lighting and the setup, my instructor Daniel Favela was great, very welcoming and knowledgeable. Looking forward to my month trial.

Great workout! The instructor took the time with every person to ensure proper workout posture and movements. Very helpful! Everyone is so nice too. Will be back again for sure.

I've never visited a boxing class ever, but their techniques on how to keep you motavated and confident in your ability is extraordinary! I loved the experience, I definately need to go again. Aside from the workout aspect of the class, the instructor who I think is incredible teaches you combinations of attacks and guides you through every bit.

My husband and I took our first class this morning and loved it! The instructor was motivating and clear in his directions. We definitely had a great and fun workout.

Awesome kickboxing class with fun music and high energy! Danny is an excellent instructor who gives us great coaching to improve our technique and maximize our workout!

Organized a self defense class with a group of teenage girls at GOLO. The class was very informative, fun and interactive!! Highly recommend this place. So fun to see these young women owning their strength and power!

Loved it ! But I really think that we needed to have the wraps, unfortunately they ran out when we went to the class and being new to the workouts I didn’t realize we could’ve purchased them elsewhere. BUT, I will be back. Hopefully they will have more stocked next time

Danny Han was a fun, patient instructor. It was my first class, my daughter's too. He made it a great experience.

Probably the best workout you can have in 45 minutes! Andrew and his team make you feel like you're a warrior abut to run through the wall like the Kool-Aid man! Highly recommend!
