I went to pick my perfume up that I ordered online yesterday. The order was ready the same day I completed the order. The email gave good directions and I was able to find the area to pick up my perfume. The cashier was very helpful and made the pick easy for me. This is a very nice store with good
customer service. I will be back here soon.

Amazing atmosphere and very clean / organized department store. It's definitely very relaxing to shop here because they have such a large selection of apparel, jewelry, & general merchandise. J.C Penny's is always a treat to shop at. This specific department store is very large and spacious with all of the items spaces out. Everyone so far that we've met working there have been extremely helpful and courteous.

We found a belt, a pair of dress shoes, and a pair of sneakers, which we needed all three, so we were thrilled to get them all at the same place. The gal at the return counter helped us make our purchase and she was friendly and efficient. The store was a ghost town, so it made it easy to get what we needed.

Well stocked... quality products...staff easy to find and knew their stock.
Sooo good to find a REAL 'department store' so stocked for Christmas.

Went for photo session even though they were overbooked our photographer Rockie was amazing and she did an excellent job.

The store is clean, the people were helpful, and the wife found a purse that makes her happy. That's always a plus because buying a purse for her is a lengthy process - she's so picky about that!

One thing we noticed was the escalator in the store going down was not working so it's more of a challenge using it.

The store was well-stocked, there were no obvious unstocked shelves, the products were well organized, and unlike other JC Penney's I've been to, this one did not look run down at all. Overall good experience.

Annebell Flores was our cashier in the Women's Department and she has fantastic customer service! Not only was she very personable and friendly, but she went above and beyond with my question I had. What a great employee, keep up the good work!

The salon has improved drastically in the last 6 months. I would recommend them to anyone that is in need of a stylist!! Go ask for Stevi, she is absolutely amazing. She has great color ideas and knows what she is talking about. 10 out of 10 hands down best stylist!

They had a large selection of clothes all different types of clothes for type of season and style reasonable prices on a very helpful staff lots of deals and discounts lots of name brand stuff too for really reasonable price

JcPenny always has some type of sale and today was no different. Employee walking the floor was courteous and helpful. Store is clean and stocked. Had a good experience.

I had a 1 year old order that I needed to exchange for a smaller size. The staff was very helpful in getting me an exchange. It took a while since they had to do quite a few things to make sure I could return my online order, find the correct item online in my size and order it for me while trying to get me the same price I paid a year earlier. They even gave me a coupon code and found the best deal which ended up saving me $4. I really appreciated how each staff member I spoke to (4) took the time out to hear my situation and help me as best they could. The store itself has an entrance through the mall and outside with its own parking lot. Everything inside was nice, clean, and organized. Great JC Penney and even better staff

No complaints here! I was able to pick up online orders here. They have a hair salon that's only accessible inside the store, on the top floor (thete are only 2 floors). They have escalators and an elevator, so it's wheelchair-accessible with handicapped parking right outside the first floor.

Kaelie and her manager were SO helpful! An absolute God-send. Lots of sales in store

The staff was really nice and helped us find everything we needed. This woman named Jules was extremely helpful and super nice and was very patient when we had trouble with our credit card. Very great costumer service and definitely coming back.

My husband bought me a 10K gold and diamond band for Christmas, within 2 weeks I lost one of the stones. I took it back was was met with acceptance and they graciously replaced my new band with one just like it.
I was very pleased with my experience and just want to thank Aaron for being so professional, and kind.

As we were leaving came across the jewellery department and the lady who there at the time was very kind, friendly and helpful, that she made us aware of the sale that was happening. I am going back just to get her name and share it

It was fun shopping the young Latina girl working near the shoe department helped me out she cut ✂the plastic tread so I can try the shoes on cus they were so close together tied up I bought the shoes for $75 then I went on a mini shopping spree at the big and tall section and bought about 7 or 8 t shirts if I recall it was fun the t shirts are my size for sure I will be back and Judi at the cash register was nice too great store been coming since I was a small little kid in the 80's
