We had two new toilets professionally installed by Tommy and Jessie today. Tommy and Jessie were a pleasure to talk with, and they did a great job with the installations! We are so pleased with the work they did! Thank you, again!

Honestly and simply this was the BEST experience with service, proficiency and professionalism I have encountered in a very long time. Having the opportunity to get an appointment the same day I called is almost unheard of. The friendly office staff kept me in the loop every step of the way, and when the technician arrived, Josh Telford, he immediately assessed the issues and explained everything in a detailed and precise manner. Let me add, this young man is a huge asset and I would not hesitate to give him a position with our company 😊 Guaranteed we will definitely be using Sherlock for all our future work and recommending you to all our clients, friends and family.

Plumbing technician Joshua was awesome. Diagnosed my plumbing issue, went out and purchased the necessary parts, came back and repaired within 15 minutes. He also went above and beyond to educate me on the plumbing throughout my home and what to look for in the future. I will be using Sherlock for all my plumbing needs going forward. They have great competitive service pricing and I highly recommend!

We had Joshua k. from Sherlock Air come over for a plumbing and irrigation estimate today, and I wanted to share my positive feedback.

From the moment Joshua arrived, he exuded professionalism and courtesy. His friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, and it was evident he takes great pride in his work. He took the time to explain everything to me in layman’s term, was very honest and didn’t push any unnecessary services while giving us multiple options, making the whole experience stress-free.

Big shoutout to Joshua and the team at Sherlock Air, I didn’t catch the name of the dispatch person, but she was also very helpful when we called in at a later hour in the day and swiftly helped us get everything in order.

If you need a plumber who’s not only skilled but also a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend them!

We called Sherlock/ Mauzy when we had a drainage issue with the p-trap, laundry room, and the kitchen sink. They sent Freddie over. He took the time to go above and beyond to solve the problems. He is knowledgeable and skilled in his craft. I would recommend using this plumbing service again if all of their technicians are of similar talent.

Kyle was our technician this morning. He showed up on time, acted professional, explained what he was going to do resolve our issue. Got to work, knocked the clog down the line and got my sink back in working order. Great technician, great company, did as they said they would for the price that they agreed to do it for.

Great people here! They replaced our entire heater and AC last year. We have the membership with them which is worth it IMO. Power went out on the thermostat a couple days ago. I called them and they were here next day (they offered to come same day but I wasn’t available!). Arrived on time, good guy. Explained what went wrong and fixed it right up! Thank you Sherlock and Jared!

Kendrick with Sherlock Plumbers was very patient, kind and thorough in his work. He researched all the possibilities where our plumbing problems could stem from. It was refreshing to have such an honest worker in our home. Thank you Sherlock for having such good workers. I’ll call again if I have plumbing problems.

Aaron was great! He came out for our included furnace and A/C “check up” but also took a look at a couple other concerns for us. He quickly got a quote for some work that was needed and went through the options with us. Aaron was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and friendly and we would gladly have him back anytime!

Awesome and stellar services from Jared, service technician! He was very personable, and he troubleshooted my furnace way beyond a previous technician from another company. His work was above and beyond, and gave me cause to only patronize Sherlock in the future!

The tech Jeff did a great job, checked the system and informed us that the heat pump that Sherlock installed is in great condition, with no issues after seven years. I always made sure that the filters are regularly changed. Great company to do business with. We called Sherlock, as we needed to replace the original system, and we're glad we did.

Josh was very polite and professional. He explained the problem and how it could be repaired and how much it cost up front. He took care of the issue in no time. I’m very satisfied with his service and Sherlock plumbing and heating company. I recommend them with confidence.

Sherlock Plumbing was able to fit me and my plumbing problem in the same day, which we really appreciated. Kendric Marshall showed up on time and quickly got to work sorting out a somewhat complex drainage issue. He narrowed down the area where the problem was located and was able to push through a difficult blockage with an electric snake. He made sure the problem had been fully cleared and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Sherlock again when the next plumbing issue crops up.

Whitney was incredibly helpful! He provided honest advice and went above and beyond to help us with a few issues. Sherlock was professional every step of the way and provided consistent communication on the arrival of our plumber. Will use them for all our plumbing work going forward.

Tommy and Jesse are the best plumbers I’ve ever had in my life. First and foremost, their work is impeccable. Second, they are super considerate and kind (I have 2 little kids and they are quiet when they are napping, they wear shoe covers in the house since we have a crawler / don’t wear shoes inside). Third, they are professional, on time, and communicate clearly and explain everything they are doing. If you’re looking for the best in the business I highly highly recommend them and Sherlock. Casey the dispatcher/ operations point of contact is also so wonderful and went above and beyond to schedule the work and responsed to all my texts / calls super quickly. Wonderful company, people, and service. Thank you!! 10 stars!

Kyle was excellent! Showed up on time, polite, very knowledgeable, and to the point. He did a nice job of explaining my situation and I felt confident. He’s very good

Morghon was the plumber that was sent to our home for drain clearing, which we ended up not needing. I then brought up other items in the home that were lingering and needed attention. He provided advice, estimates, and showed options for items, such as a new kitchen faucet and pricing. We did end up becoming a member because it simply does not pay to NOT be a member. Therefore, I know all the items on my list will be taken care of timely and efficiently. He was respectful of our home and I'm delighted to have some of these ignored items off my "to do" list. He did a great job today, the leak is gone, the toilet will fill up quickly, and the dishwasher will now drain the water where it's supposed to go and not all over my countertops and floors.

We accepted an offer for a free inspection of our plumbing. Kyle was very professional and personable, and made recommendations that we agreed needed to be done, plus a few requirements of our own. All was explained and itemized in detail by Kyle, and he showed up on time as scheduled. The work was excellent and interrupted our lives less than estimated. We are very satisfied with service and parts provided (water heater, shower faucet). We’d highly recommend Kyle and Sherlock.
