50% off all clearance sale. So I'm sure you can imagine the place was busy. I showed 15 min before closing and my extensive return was not the only.. about a 15 min. Wait in the return line. The store was seriously under staffed for the sale. I will say no person was pushing me/us out the door after closing though.

I ordered from Kohls online and it is such a positive experience, though I wish the promos or coupons would just Stay applied to my cart until the end instead of continually popping up in case you need to click the add sign again. Otherwise awesome!! And mobile browser.

Kohl's was unbelievable. There was a promo to help underprivileged and struggling students. They gave them a $100 voucher to get clothes and shoes. I've never been to Kohl's before and I was very impressed with how helpful and attentive the staff was. The store itself was great and the quality of products that were offered were excellent. I'd love to go back soon for myself and shop. It's a wonderful store for all walks of life.

The nicest cashier I have had in along time. Very nice young man in the shoe department as well. Got the shoes I needed and found they have levies. Great place to shop!

I went here the Saturday after Black Friday. There was an employee named Jon. He was so kind to my son. I know he was just doing his job but he really went the extra mile and just simply made us feel like valued customers. It was nice.

This is a good Kohl's. Lots of good clearance stuff and really good prices on brand name stuff. I got a pair of Levi's, a pair of Converse shoes, and a pair of Vans shoes for under $150. Really great, friendly and helpful staff. The parking situation was good, too.

Kohl's is the best. They are so patient and customer service oriented. My last to hard transactions were handled well all the way through. The first one, I had a return that we, frankly, forgot about and the customer service team took the time to look for a shirt that was no longer in stock so that I can get the proper store credit. The second hard transaction, was first due to a sweet older lady telling me that, I should have received a coupon online for my transaction. When I replied that I could used that information yesterday on my transaction, she suggested to go to customer service. Who immediately, were helpful. I felt bad because the young lady had to return the entire receipt and then diligently re-rung all my receipt. The older lady help me save close to $50 on my over $300 purchase the night before. When you know, you Kohl's, I guess. Thank you customer service team!!!

Manager on duty, Annette and sales associate, Tammy were very friendly, professional, and kind. This particular Kohl's stands out from the rest!!!
