Very good service in helping me make a selection. I had to buy a plank to bring home as a sample but if I didn't like it I could return it. Here is the five star part. The next day I looked for identifying information and could not find any. I called the store and was asked to take a picture and email it. I did and in minutes I had a return email with my desired information. Just excellent customer service.

Plenti of material to choose from and styles. I was Looking for extra titles for my project and ffg found some.

I had the pleasure of meeting Sonia in the customer pick-up area at Floor and Decor, and I must say, she was absolutely amazing! Sonia's kindness, friendliness, and willingness to take the initiative to assist me made my experience outstanding. She went above and beyond to help me, and her expertise was greatly appreciated. If you're looking for exceptional customer service, make sure to ask for Sonia. She's a true gem!

I came here today to look for tiles that I'll be putting in my shower. They have tons of selection and I look before hand on their website to see which tiles I wanted. I saw the one I wanted but they didn't have it in stock so i had to order it off their website and select the pickup at the San Gabriel location. This location is very organized and wasn't busy when I went there in the morning. They are also practicing social distanting, wearing mask and gloves and also they have hand sanitizer in the front.

Excellent customer service. In less than 15 minutes I was approached by three different employees asking if I needed assistance.

They have all the supplies you need for tiling and they have gold metal boarders! No where else in the valley has in stock

1st time going it was wonderful experience. Raha Azmi was so helpful, very knowledgeable, professional. She answered all our questions and made great suggestions. We had 2 trolleys full and Julian helped us load our SUV. Thank you very much.
So easy and prices great I want to do bathrooms next.

I would like to say how thankful and I am taking the time to say thank you Jason Jason Benson Benson and Victoria Sandoval they have been very helpful and gave me my tile on time and were able to put the correct amount of weight on my trailer

Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Our helper Drew went out of his way to assist us. So we found the items we were looking for quickly. Great selection of merchandise at a decent price. I would recommend a visit.

Really if you are fixing or remodeling your home before you buy anything visit them ,maybe price is bet more but quality and variety is there.

Sam H was extremely helpful with my whole ordering process. She helped me with all my purchases for a big home remodel. She took the time to answer all my questions and walked me to each aisle I needed. She even helped me get a credit card to make the large purchase possible.

Despite the minor price variations, I would still recommend this store due to its impressive collection and the quality of its offerings. It's important to weigh the overall value and benefits against the slightly higher prices. If you're willing to invest in quality products and appreciate a wide selection, this store is definitely worth a visit.

The rating of 5 is for Dante, who has been the most helpful associate at this store. He was amazing and saved us a completely unnecessary trip back to pick up a tile product that was already at the store. Despite it being 3:00PM on Saturday (March 25, 2023) with staff in the back warehouse, Allison in the decor department told us that we needed to come back on Monday to pick up the product we wanted because she couldn’t/wouldn’t get it in the back because it was on a pallet. (NOTE: coming back on Monday meant we needed to take time off of work and drive over an hour back to the store). Allison also gave the excuse that people in the back might be doing inventory, so they couldn’t be disturbed, which was why we needed to come back. (NOTE: a sign in the store said they would be doing inventory sometime in April). I’m not a fan of giving negative reviews, but Allison is by far one of the worst associates at any store I have ever been to. When I first asked her if there was more inventory of the tile product in the store (since the rack looked empty) she said there was none because it wasn’t on the floor. She didn’t even bother to check the system - I had to ask her to check the system to see if there was any in the back, or at another store. When she did check the system, I was surprised when she said that they actually had a lot stock of the product in the back, but she couldn’t get it for me. I was aghast. Luckily for us, Dante was there and happened to help us with different product - and when we asked him if it was possible to get the tile product we bought from Allison, he said could get it for us himself. Again, if it wasn’t for Dante, I would not give this store a 5 star rating. If my only experience had been with Allison, I would most certainly give this store a 1 star. Allison had no regard for customer service and seemed more focused on doing as little customer service work as possible. If you are looking for good customer service, ask for Dante. When we come back to buy more products, we hope to only deal with him.

The store has a lot of beautiful inventory set up as showrooms and on easy to see and access display boards. We got great service from Jennifer. She understood what we wanted and helped us find just the right combination of tiles and trims. She then spent a great deal of time talking to the Salt Lake City store to facilitate a shipment to Idaho, saving us a couple hundred dollars on shipping costs. On top of selection and service the total price was 1/3 to 1/2 less than what we had found in smaller stores the previous day.

Manny helped us out so much. We came to this store a few times and had to make a few returns for incorrect purchases. Manny was super helpful and made sure we got the right products in the end

Logan, sales rep., asked me and my wife if we need help. He was able to find exactly the tiles that we were looking for. Logan is helpful and knowledgeable. This store location has very good customer service and employees are always willing to help.

I always love going to this floor & Decor. But this last time, I had a big order and Prince made my experience very easy and enjoyable. He is a knowledgeable but most importantly helpful associate. Thank you for your help!

Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. The sales rep on the floor was very helpful and knowledgeable. The crew who loaded the pallet of tile for us was careful with the tiles as well as with our truck. Definitely worth the ride out there!
