For Coroporate America, this store actually seems to know what's going on. The staff are always attentive, helpful and present - consistently. Claudia the manager is an excellent leader and each and every one of her teammates is well trained. I never see people just standing around at the store. Wish more places were like this.

Good collection of party items, gift items, souvenirs at affordable rates. They have good collection of things needed for arranging Birthday parties. They also have baking items and also good variety of gifts. If you are arranging any celebration, this is the best placeto shop and that too @affordable rates. This place is very clean and all are well arranged. Kids will love this store. Customer service is very good.

It's almidt too nuch for the brain to contain. It's a mania of fun-to-be.
If you're creatuve and want to ace fun, Party City is the place.
Their prices are reasonable, people are mice, and there is a ton of sellection.

Very nice staff. Price matched the online party city for Indiana jones hat and whip. Management Saved me $4 without hesitating. Love this place and the selections they have.

I want to say I had a great experience visiting this party city . Coming from out of state for my sister’s wedding I was amazed of how great I was treated finding some stuff for the big event. The young lady in the front , Claudia helped me find exactly what I was searching for as this was my little sisters big wedding . And can I say amazing at blowing up all those balloons and making them look so pretty! I will definitely be coming here for future events my family has ! Thank you Claudia for the experience!!

Claudia at Party City in Woodland Hills was so sweet and helpful when she had a store full of customers who needed large bouquets of balloons. I just needed a couple in a big hurry and she got them to me right away! Thank you so much!!

Five stars for a chain store?

Yup nicest manager I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a longtime. Offered to help carry everything out to the car. He was super friendly and his employees had great attitudes.

I had a bad fog machine, the lady at the counter was so nice. Remembering us from the day before and engaging in friendly conversation.

I am writing to give a loud "shoutout" to the people of Party City in the Fallbrook Mall in the West San Fernando Valley.
I bought some New Year's Eve supplies for a party which eventually had to unfortunately be canceled because of Covid.
I misplaced the receipt and was very distressed as a result when I tried to return these items.
Upon arriving at the store, Kathy (the store manager) went above and beyond to communicate with me in a professional manner and calm me down.
She was FANTASTIC!!
Through her diligent efforts , she was able to find the receipt through the Party City computer system and issue me a FULL REFUND.
WOW--I never expected this and was blown away by the way this was handled.

This place has everything you need for any kind of celebration. The store is very well organized. You'll even find things you hadn't thought about for your party. Highly recommend!

The store is clean and the staff are very hardworking and helpful. The only problem would have to be the long line, but that's not the stores fault, it's the customers.

I love how the neighborhood is always stocked with party supplies, this store in particular is well off! I guess San Fernando Valley really knows how to party?
