The worst department out of all departments I love Rady children’s but this department needs a lot of reform. They are very cookie-cutter in their program and understaffed. I’ve had more than one bad experience with their a psychiatry department don’t go here if your kids need good psych care until they change which who knows when that will be. Long waiting list and again don’t offer services unless you go to their stringent process
