My experience was spiritually uplifting. My dog Bandit and I were greeted with caring smiles. All the questions Bandit might have asked if he could talk were thoroughly explained to me. I would recommend that if you love your dog the same way I do then this is the place to go.

Very caring and upfront with fees. Always able to get an appointment. When I couldn't pay for everything they recommended they were great about prioritizing. The staff there has always been very kind. When she had surgery 2 years ago they even sent me an email with a picture so I knew she was doing fine. The time they allowed me when it was time to put my Indie down was beyond generous and I will always be grateful to them. Indie's vet went above and beyond to explain everything and make sure I understood.

I was desparate to have my long-time stray cat seen after his eye was injured in a cat fight while I was away for Christmas. Dr. Kahn talked to me about some options and when I was able to bring Squeaker in, he squeezed me into the schedule! I am eternally grateful for this kindness. Excellent service, I spoke to Melissa the first time to ask for information on what to do to travel by plane with my kittens and she kindly explained the process to me, and everything was very easy and without complications! Thank you Clarissa and Pomona clinic!

The staff is wonderful and welcoming! Thank you to Clarissa & Dr. Pannu for being so helpful & always kind. They were able to see my dog right away. Our tech, Jorge was amazing. He is sweet and very patient. He answers are all questions throughly.

My dog was coughing like crazy at 1AM on a Saturday morning. Being first time dog person I had no idea what coughing sounds like for a dog. I was so concerned and researched online for vet places nearby that were open on Saturdays and landed on Pomona Valley Vet Hospital. I called them as soon as they opened shop and they quickly set up appointment for my dog for same morning. I feel so fortunate and grateful. The doctor was nice and knowledgeable. He was thorough and patient. He ordered an x ray which confirmed my dog had bronchitis and prescribed meds appropriately. He went over x ray w me and explained meds for me. He even read and interpreted blood results for me that another vet took 2 months ago, who did not explain numbers to me. I am very please here and will make it my dog’s permanent vet place.

I’ve been bringing my dogs here for their vet care for as long as I can remember! I recently had to put down my 13 year old chihuahua and the staff was nothing but supportive and kind. I greatly appreciate the sympathy card that we received in the mail. Very thoughtful and sweet! Thanks again. See you all soon!

I went there from a referral. I didn’t know what to expect. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The doctor took his time to explain the best steps to take to cure my dogs issues. His suggestions did the trick and didn’t result in needless charges. I’m very happy!

I love this vet. I've always received amazing service here. This is veterinary hospital that is run professionally and so well that I never wait long and I'm always given plenty of time to address my concerns. The support staff is great and always accommodating.

My cat got hurt and she needed to be seen with urgency. The staff were very helpful and gave me an appointment the same day. Everyone one is very attentive and nice, it made the process so much easier. The vet was great with my cat and he took his time to explain with detail the treatment that was needed. Price was affordable.

What I love the most is how the doctor and staff do their job, even after everything they see and do, they still have compassion for the pets and the owners!!!!🫶🏽 I take my fat boy there and they treat him good😸

Great services and affordable. I took my husky there because he had parvo, I called so many other clinics and explained the situation and I have to wait because they have open appointments in 2 or 3 weeks. At Pomona Valley they help me and have an appointment the next day. I have to leave my dog a whole week, he was really bad. They called, e-mail and text me all the time keeping me informed about every update, and when I call they always have an answer or let talk to the doctor. Highly recommend it.

I love this place. The staff are very compassionate. Their main concern is taking care of the pet and the family with the pet This is the only place I will bring my dogs. They also never try to upsell unnecessary treatments.

This office is great! I got an appointment right away. We couldn't go in because of Covid, but they took good care of my little Cupcake. I would definitely recommend them!

I have been coming here for many years, and the staff continues to impress me by how caring each and every person is, from the front desk to the techs/assistants to the doctors. Despite having such a busy job, the staff members are always friendly and it is evident they care about your pet. Their system is also very efficient from beginning to end and they are able to fit your pet in without long wait times. I'd like to personally thank each of them for their kindness in making a difficult time easier.
