Shout out to Chad in the meat department. He’s definitely one of the hardest workers there. I want to thank Chad for always being so helpful and going above and beyond not only that, but he always has a smile on his face while attending to customers and myself. Every time my family and shop at stater brothers he makes it a pleasurable experience with his positive attitude. You can tell he enjoys his job. We need more people like him in this world. Excellent customer service! Thank you Chad!

This review is for the Stater Bros. Market on Garey and Alvarado, in Pomona.
How do you love a grocery store? They have excellent customer service. The store is clean, if you need any kind of help, someone is always available. I really am proud to say that they treat their community with care. Many times, I have had to wait for my ride to come and they would go and get me a chair to sit on while I was waiting. I have looked for low sodium products, and they took the time to go from one isle to another to help find them. My word to them is to keep up the wonderful service to your customers. My word to the customers is to appreciate the care extended to you by your local grocery market.
By the way, to any of you that are vegans, they do carry vegan products. If you are looking for desserts that are dairy free, they do carry some as well, and they do have good selections of produce.

OMG the remodeling on this stater Brothers store is amazing. Beautiful in presentation, Deli, Sushi, Meats, Salad stations are fresh and appealing. Store spacing allows easy access down aisles. It was very crowded when I went but it was expected and check out with fairly quick in spite of the long lines.

Shout out to the meat department. I want to thank Chad for going way beyond with excellent customer service. We need more employees like him. Thank you so much. Very helpful, my mother doesnt speak English and he treated her with kindness and tried to help her out in every way as possible even without him speaking Spanish. As always I love shopping at Stater Bros. They always seem to have what I need and sometimes they surprise me with what they have. Coupons are really great too.

To management and to corporate CHAD W IN the meat department always has such a great attitude of gratitude warm welcome and always goes out the way I've noticed thanks for the great service it's not easy to find someone who qppeeciates there job and is very respectful. Keep up the good work

This morning I approached check out stand #1 and the associate Greg G. was the cashier. Very professional and attentive to the customers. I always go to his check stand because of his kind and helpful attitude towards ALL customers. OUTSTANDING employee !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We went in to buy high quality burger patties. We grilled them, seasoned them, and they were the best thing ever.

I enjoy shopping at this store because it is well-maintained and I feel at ease here.

They have a big selection of groceries it's awesome the picture on the floor of the stuff I just put on the floor with when I just got home from carrying all that stuff

Very standard experience for a market, nothing too remarkable. I do love the way it smells, as it's very familiar. Employees are always pleasant, and groceries aren't too overpriced. One thing I do enjoy is the little area at the back of the store with the potato wedges & wings, very delicious.

I've been shopping at Stater Bros. for years and I believe presentation is everything. Stater Bros. markets take pride in quality assurance, and it shows from their produce, meats, and grocery departments. The stores are always clean and organized. If you haven't shopped there, you should.

The changes are nice but I liked it when there was 2 doors feel kinda insecure

The Food selections had a nice variety, fruit and vegetables were fresh and clean and, store was clean, employees extended a courteous welcome and helpful when I couldn't find an item I was looking for.

The prices here are very good and in this election is great the shelves are always stocked and I could even ask her the register for an ice cube chocolate to purchase if they have any. Love this place.

I went in for a watermelon and flower tortillas. Everything was properly stacked clean and the employees I was able to interact with were polite and smiling. I couldn't get in the isle where the flower tortillas were but a nice lovely lady offered me hers and said, here take mine I'll grab another one. She made my day after driving for over an hour in a 100 plus weather, came to town (Pomona) to see Mom. Over all great service.

I like stater brother's at this location. There is long lines here however it's California a lot people. Luckily I haventvhad any issues. Clean as I can see. Staff friendly. Great atmosphere.
