Dr. Bob and his staff are simply fantastic. Dr. Bob worked with me to get my crown to the right coloration an amazing three times! (so sorry Dr. Bob, but i love it now!). That is just to say how committed he is to making things work and having happy patients. He went beyond the call of duty. And his staff are terrific and care about how comfortable I am. Thank you for making a difference and for such great work.

Wonderful group of people. Dr. Randolph made time to explain a lot of things to me. I know He's very busy, but he took the time and I am now more informed. They are there to help and make it easy! Dr. Woz did such an excellent job patching up my chipped teeth (ah, middle age!) and got me "street legal" in a day. Great job matching my tooth color. Everyone there is just so patient and kind!

WORTH THE VISIT. I have moved from abroad and been into 5 different dentist offices, had never had anything other than a decent experience until I visited Randolph’s DDS. I am glad to say it was the best dentistry experience I ever had, and will be moving all my family to be treated there and recommending to friends and colleagues.

1) their staff is amazingly efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful
2) they DO NOT push treatments that you don’t need just for profit. First place I felt someone had my full best interest as priority.
3) the easiness of scheduling, availability, and attention to my time sensitive matter was deeply appreciated
4) it is simply the nicest, cleanest and techy office building I’ve been to.

Dr. Robert Randolph has been my dentist for the past 20 years. He thoroughly explain the cause of my dental problems, patiently answer all questions and goes over pros and cons of each treatment. Going to his clinic feels like going to a beach house. All the people working there are courteous and professional. Hands down the most professional and caring doctor I have ever met.

I’ve been going to Dr. Randolph for more than 10 years now. While going to the dentist is never fun, his entire office makes the experience as pleasant as possible. Most importantly, I trust his advice completely and he does excellent work.

Dr Bob is great! Knowledgeable, friendly, encouraging, and informative are all experiences shared from the moment you walk in and interact with staff at the front desk, hygienist, and through to seeing the doctor. I learn and hope to share to my future kiddos.

2-20-24 Another very satisfying conclusion with the installation of a permanent crown; a perfect fit. And, decay removal and filling on another tooth. Excellent description of each step taken. No discomfort. Five star dentistry!

Precision examination, discussion, testing, and explanation arrived at three options for the treatment of my tooth discomfort stemming from a zone of chipped enamel. I chose the more costly option of removing appreciable old filling and preparing a replacement crown. During drilling additional decay was revealed and removed, which confirmed that the selected treatment was warranted to save my old tooth. Dr. Randolph explained each step of his treatment in detail and showed photos to assist in my understanding. I consider his approach, technique, explanations, and care to be excellent. Thank you.

My going to the dentist is a delight because of the caring and thoroughness of everyone I encounter in the practice.I’ve never in 80 years been able to say that before I started with Randolph Family Dentistry. The word FAMILY certainly applies.

First visit and totally impressed. Needed to change dentists for insurance reasons and previous dentist was an A+ so hoping for best. Dr Kamdar and staff more than exceeded my expectations. Clean beautiful office with modern equipment. Feel fortunate to have found them.

I had been very satisfied with this dental practice for several years but decided, in an attempt to save money, to try a group affiliated with my Medicare Advantage Plan. After two visits there, I am happy to be back. Yes, I have some periodontal issues that need to be monitored, but Dr. Randolph's staff is looking at my situation calmly and sensibly. The dentist and hygienist did not rush to try to sell me an array of procedures. They could see that I practice good oral hygiene and am in decent dental shape. I am confident that the team will manage my condition without having to resort to drastic measures. Even if I do need major intervention in the future, I will trust that such treatment was necessary.

Really friendly and competent staff in a welcoming office! My teeth were cleaned carefully and each step was explained. I also learned how to do a better job of flossing.

I’ve been going to Dr. Randolph’s office since 1989, when this was his father’s practice. I started going here when it was recommended by a coworker when I worked in Sorrento Valley, and even though I’ve moved multiple times and now drive to Solana Beach from El Cajon for my dentist appointments, I can’t see any reason to change to someone else. I’ve always received the best of care from them over the last 33 years and the two hygienists I usually see, Shawna or Michelle, are both awesome. Dr. Bob is a great dentist and he hires the best people, and the offices are lovely, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. Absolutely the best!

I’ll be the first to admit that I don’t like going to the dentist. I found Dr. Randolph during a dental emergency. He was amazing! Patient and gentle, detailed like no one I’ve seen before. He explains each step in perfect detail. I’ve been seeing him for over a year and his quality of care remains gentle and compassionate. I can not say enough good things about him. If you’re looking for a dentist this is your guy.
