Tire Factory Point S

UPDATE: 01/02/24. I came here to put snow tires on my little truck. The hold time on the phone wasn’t awesome (5min after they picked up and placed me on hold without asking me anything) but they got me in and took care of my needs. Set the right expectations, met expectations on the service.

These guys are great. Called in late needing some help getting some tire work done. They stayed later than normal, and even waited for me after closing hours to help me get back on the road.

Also they were a little less expensive than the other tire shops I called around to.

These guys have been tremendous for me. I have over 20 vehicles and sometimes it’s difficult for me to get all of them in working order and keeping them that way. The tire factory has a great shuttle service, I trust what they are telling me and they do it for an affordable price. I recommend anybody to use them in their future Vehicle repair needs

Excellent service. It takes a while for me to warm up to a mechanic shop, but this place has earned my trust. I've taken several of my vehicles there now for several different services and I always feel well taken care of. They communicate well, leave my car decently clean, and everything I've had them do seems to work well as long as it is intended to. No regrets.

Tire Factory Point S is the go-to car mechanic for our business!! They service our six fleet sedan delivery cars and are quick with check-in/out, keeping us mechanically safe and in top working condition. The maintenance and/or repairs are completed fast and I can tell they take pride in their work. Communication is A+ with straight forward explanations by phone, text message or in-person. The advisors up front - Zach, Trevor and Colton - are fun and easy to work with. Though they charge for diagnostic work, it's thorough, accurate and helpful. This shop will definitely take care of you!!

I have been going to Point S for over 20 years. They have done a good job taking care of our cars. Recently, I had a problem with a part that they had installed on my truck, but they got it fixed for me free of charge. Very grateful for their service.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. When replacing my tires, a few of the wheel studs broke (its a 20 year old truck) and they were able to track down the parts and get me back on the road in about an hour.

Colton was amazing we called to ask about putting new rims and tires on our truck and wanted to stop by. When we arrived Colton had done the research and pulled several photos of rims geared towards what we were looking for and made our choices easy and quick. We set an appointment and waited while they installed the new set. Very pleased and would recommend them!!!

I only trust Tire Factory Point S to take my vehicles. Since our family found them, we haven't taken our vehicles anywhere else! They have been the most honest of anywhere we have experienced and the most economical. They are also fast and efficient.

Very kind staff and efficient mechanics. Helped us with a lift kit and tires for our jeep. We continue to go back for oil changes and tire rotation. Would highly recommend.

Great experience with the staff and outstanding service. They gave me a great deal, got it done as quickly as promised and I highly recommend them. The Toyo rebate form with the QR code made the process super easy, literally 2 minutes. I wish all businesses would make rebates this simple.
