Had exactly what I needed! The staff were friendly, and overly kind in every way. I don't think I could find nicer customer service in the nation. And the shoe collection is perfect for people who run and for people with unusual shoe sizes. I myself wear Double Extra wide, and I was easily able to find shoes that fit. They care about their customers, and make sure you are aware of exactly what you are getting. They even have treadmills to test out your shoes. The icing on the cake is that if the shoes don't work for you within 30 days, you can return them for full refund or in-store credit, depending on condition. The only problem is that it's understaffed sometimes, although I imagine it's hard to find people that friendly.

Wow! First time in this store because I’m running my first half marathon and Amy was so helpful! She gave me some great advice and knowledge and was not pushy at all! I ended up buying new shoes, socks and some fuel to try. She clearly explained the return policy and was very friendly! I would definitely recommend this store and seeing Amy if you need anything running gear!

I went in this week specifically looking for walking shoes as part of a cardiac recovery program. Claire was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, offering not only the suggestion that my feet mapping offered, but several other adjacent options to try on. She listened to my preferences on comfort, toe room, aesthetics, and my many questions (this was my first time purchasing at a specialty store like this).

I am so happy to have run (wink wink) into her and this store, I am looking forward to future visits as my health progresses and can get additional footwear for additional activities!

First time in this store. It's so nice to be able to shop local. I picked up a pair of running shorts and running top. Items in my size (M) were somewhat limited but I still found the perfect outfit. The Brooks shorts in size M fit so comfortably. I've a big bum and sometimes finding a good pair of running shorts is difficult but these were PERFECT 👌
They carry a nice variety of running accessories and shoes. I will definitely be back.

I had the best experience finding new running shoes. mCat was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time helping me through options, foot scan, and explaining the benefits of each shoe. I won't go anywhere else now for my next pair. Visit Utah RUN!

I really like the Hoka brand shoes, specifically the Bondi 8, which comes in 4E width. I don't live in Utah, we come here to visit family. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I am so impressed with this store! Becca help me today and I would recommend her and every employee 100%! I bought used running shoes my entire life and decided that today was going to be an upgrade. I had no idea what I was looking for and I didn't know what I needed. Becca was so good to ask the right questions to figure out what distance, support, and patterns. she was good to help me compare different shoes and how my body ran with them, and carefully observed my feet as I Ran So that she made sure that I got the right fit. I'm very impressed! Originally I was going to buy online for slightly cheaper, but I'm never buying running shoes anywhere else now. You're guaranteed a great experience, excellent service, knowledgeable opinions on shoes for the best buy, no pressure, AND you're supporting small businesses. 10/10

i could not recommend this store more. i learned SO much from the employees there. i got my running shoes stolen a few days before my marathon and they were so so helpful in finding me similar shoes for it. everyone should get running shoes here. it’s a good educational experience. they really know their stuff

Went in to get a gait analysis done as I have been experiencing some foot pain after running. All of the employees were super nice and took their time to answer all of my questions. I was able to get a better idea as to what could be causing my pain. They helped me find a shoe that was a much better fit for me than what I had been running in. Definitely recommend coming here for anything running related!

Kyle was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient and gave my son multiple options. We will be back.

I've never bought running shoes from anywhere other than big box stores before and I got a recommendation to go here for my next pair and I'm SOOOO glad I did! It was a really fun experience, the employees are very knowledgeable about the shoes and were able to help me find a pair that I absolutely love really quickly. I was also able to test my gait and how I stand and they were able to make recommendations based on that as well. If you plan to run or walk for any distance regularly I would highly recommend going here to get your shoes.

This is hands down my favorite small business out there. I came here looking for a good pair of running shoes. My friend recommended this store and said that they do gait analysis as well as a 3D foot scan. When I walked into the store, I immediately fell in love with it. It has an amazing vibe and all the employees are so friendly and helpful. Amy did an amazing job of helping me find a new pair of shoes. She was patient with me and helped me get a pair of Hoka Clifton 9’s which are amazing! I am telling you, I do not know how my feet have gone this long without a nice pair of shoes. My feet DESERVE this. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and felt listened to. Overall a 10/10 experience :)

I had a great experience at UtahRUN. I got great information, sound suggestions, and several options to choose from. The sales person was very helpful and engaged in finding something I would be satisfied with. The shoes and custom insoles have worked great. I'll be a repeat customer.

I had an incredible experience at UtahRUN. Julie assisted me in finding a new pair of running shoes, as well as a couple pairs of socks. She had an answer to every question I asked, and was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the products. Julie definitely deserves a raise!

Getting into running and was helped getting a new pair of shoes. I got a 3d foot scan and got a really nice pair of Homas that are the most comfortable pair of running shoes I have ever had. My wife didn’t buy shoes because she just got some new ones a couple weeks ago but they helped her in determining the type of shoes that would help her best. Super helpful super awesome!

Your entire staff was great, especially Anna. She was so happy and so knowledgeable to work with. After she listened to my wife about previous shoes, Anna recommended the Hoka Clifton and they have been so good! Thank you Anna and thank you Utah Run! We will be back!

The staff were great. I had no clue about what I needed or wanted, but I tried on several pairs of shoes, jumped and ran around the store, I left with the perfect pair. I took them out that weekend for several long hikes in Bryce Canyon. No complaints from my feet. Thanks UtahRun!

Definitely the coolest running store I've ever been to! They start with a 3D scan of your feet so they can recommend shoes that best fit your foot type! They can also mold insoles to your specific feet that you can try for free before you buy it! The 3D scan is free, too. They have shoes, clothes, and equipment! Definitely 5 stars!

I've been getting my running shoes at UtahRun for a few years now and I've been happy with their attention and help when I come in. I also love that I can use the HOKA shoes for 30 days and trade them in if there is a problem with the fit. Recently I was having some issues with parts of my foot numbing during my runs so they helped me find a TOPO brand shoe and it was great so I was able to trade my new HOKAs in for that. We are tight on money so there was no way I could have afforded another pair of running shoes so soon. Thank you!
