The UPS Store

I visit this UPS store regularly and never had any problems. On the contrary, it is always super easy to drop off a box whether its for Amazon return or any other return. I rarely have to wait in any line and they print a receipt upon my request. Super easy in and out every time.

The manager was the only one there it was after the store had recently opened that i arrived, she was busy but so polite and warm. I felt like I had known her forever. She printed and attached my labels. I felt finally like I might be able to use Poshmark to sell things. I had been struggling with all of it until today. With her on my side, in my neighborhood I will surely succeed. Thank you !! Thank you!! Thank you !!

I come here often and have never had any issues or problems. I'm usually doing returns and it is always quick and easy. The staff are helpful and nice.

Very fast in and out, one of their male employees (Sam/Thomas?) He has glasses sometimes, I forgot his name but my barcode wouldn't work and he helped me with everything!

Amazing store. Literally the fastest stop I’ve ever had at the UPS store. I wish I could give some credit to the person on duty but I was attended to and out the door so fast I didn’t even see her name tag. And don’t get me wrong I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. It was 100% efficient customer service.
I was turning in an Amazon return. All I needed was the box and packaging. They tapped it scanned my barcode and then slapped the label on it. Boom! Fast.

Caleb is always friendly and helpful, I always feel like an appreciated customer when I go in!

I have used this store for close to 10 years now. Primarily for Amazon returns and occasional shipping. I have never had a bad experience. I've screwed up returns and have had employees help me fix it.
It is a small store - there might be a line. Good customer service takes a few minutes. And these days, it's worth the wait.

The people who work here are very helpful even when they are overworked. I love to make copies and have things packaged or laminated here. I believe that you will, too. 😊

It was an absolute delight to return my packages here! The man that was working was so friendly and so kind and helped so quickly and positively I had to write a review about it! Even with a hurt hand he helped me and the other customers that were in the store with a smile on his face and positivity and friendliness in his voice! Come here to return all Amazon packages!!

I went in to drop off an Amazon return today and the associate at the counter was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. I got a notification that the Amazon return had been processed with a very short turnaround.

Sydney (spell??) was an absolute gem to work with. My package was not showing up on tracking for a few days after I shipped it and she was kind, proactive, and professional. Then, when the package finally showed up in the city I sent it to, the tracking was available online and she followed up with me by phone. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She is a very valuable employee.

I’ve been coming here almost every day for the past 9 months or so. First and foremost I have to write about Brendon. Brendon is one of the most impressive employees I have seen at any company. Many times I have visited the store there has been a line out of the door with very impatient and not very nice people. Brendon greets each customer by name, takes his time to help every customer, and also ensures each package is delivered to the appropriate person. I cannot say enough about highly impressed I am of Brendon and how he handles his job each and every day. You could hire a million people and very few would be able to do the same job as well as he does with the attitude he keeps day in and day out. Next time you visit the store please thank him for all that he does! Lastly I have to thank Lisa. Lisa is also amazing and is always happy to help when help is needed.

Not sure why the negative reviews for this location. I have been here twice with different staff each time, both times they were super helpful, accommodating, and fast.

I have been coming to this store for years. I have always felt the UPS Store has my best interest in mind. Always professional and wanting to make sure my packages arrive safely and on time.

I also want to respond to some of the reviews I have see about this store. The first one is from Tyler C. I was in the store at the time and the owner wasn't treating the customers poorly, the owner was trying to de escalate the customers behavior by calling the UPS driver a liar and a d**k. When the owner stepped in and said that there was no need for that language. The customer then continued to get irate and started telling the owner to shut up. I don't feel the owner was acting poorly in anyway.

In response to those that are writing reviews about the lack of phones being answered, or the lines being too long. I have never had those issues. The store is usually slow. I have been in the store when the phone has rang, and I appreciate the employees working with the customers that are in the store before answering the phones.

Prices are very justifiable. I am willing to pay the extra money to have one of the UPS employees pack my fragile items. If you are looking for cheap prices, you'll get cheap service. You get what you pay for.

Had an Amazon return. The process was super easy. I didn't have the original packaging anymore, but she measured it, found a box that fit, and packaged it for me. All I had to do was pay for the box. I was in and out in under 5 minutes.

Fast Service, Helpful Employee, and Fair Price

As a small biz user, I have used their PO box for my business for several years now as it gives me an actual street address I can use instead of a "PO Box." This is helpful for a small, home-based business that wants to keep biz mail separate but still have an actual street address presence. Also, fax services are included with my box fee, which saves my small biz from an additional expense for a now rarely used, but occasionally needed, form of communication. I can also call in and ask if mail has come or not, which saves me a trip, and one time while waiting for a very important letter the worker offered to call me when it came in. That was very helpful! I don't do much shipping actually, and when I do it seems to be cheaper to go through USPS. I still give 5 stars because for my needs they have consistently been very helpful for many years.

Came in to drop off some packages and purchase a few boxes. Sydney was super helpful and friendly, and I really appreciated how thorough she was! Todd -- you've got yourself a great employee here. I'll keep coming back if all experiences were as pleasant and quick as this one. Thank you, Sydney!
