Firehouse Subs Mayfair

The cashier was friendly. Service was pretty quick. My sandwich (Italian) was good for a sub shop. I'd come back and I'd eat the same food also.

I have never been to a Firehouse Subs Restaurant before. I went there 2 Days Ago. I was going to go to the location in Waukesha because I did not know that there was a location here. I ended up going to this location instead. I ordered a Firehouse Meatball Sub and a Firehouse Hook & Ladder Sub. They were Good. I also donated some money in The First Responders box. I am a First Responder myself. I am also a retired Lieutenant for Search & Rescue with The United States Government & Military... as well as Accident Scene Management and other organizations. I also made another donation in order to buy one of The Firehouse Pickle Buckets which I strapped to my motorcycle to bring Home. I like the restaurant. I like all the Fire equipment on the walls there. I took some pictures of the equipment on the walls there. The staff was very Friendly there. They made our Subs Good. I recommend Firehouse Subs

Great place for a quick meal. Staff is always friendly and the facility is clean and well maintained. The brisket sub is absolutely the best. Plenty of parking and easy to see from the street but, just a little hard go get to due to it's location.

This is my favorite Firehouse location in the area! Marshay (at the register) was a delight today with her positive energy and making sure everyone had what they needed. Plus the subs are always delish!

1st time I've ever had a sub from here. Kind of like potbelly subs, but this place has its own unique tastes. I loved it.

Food received 4 of 5 stars, meat was not enough on the large sub, last 15% no meat, CSR did not this resolve issue.

Love this place, this is my favorite location. Great menu selection. Personally love the firehouse meatball, sub on a club, & smokehouse beef & cheddar brisket.

BBQ Cheddar Brisket sub was the BOMB! The only complaint I have was the staff were not very approachable.

Best sub ever in my life. This is no exaggeration. I don't know how but that Philly is life. Cool staff, clean place, great food. A little cold inside but other than that 10 stars to this amazing place. They even gave my little boys free cookies as we were leaving. Cherry on top guys! I will definitely return. I almost went back the next day....lol.

I'm a first timer!!!! I heard about how good the subs were here. I text my husband and told him not to eat, "I'm bringing home dinner". I got him the large BBQ Cuban sub and myself the Steak and Cheese sub. I usually do not take people's word regarding food as I have been disappointed in the past. However, I have to say that the subs were hearty and tasty. I will be going back to try their other subs. Thank you Fire House Subs for a nice meal. Also, please donate!!! It is for a good cause which makes the experience even better.

Tried the Tunafish on the Italian and it was delicious! I've heard the tuna here was great and I'd definitely agree to this! Comes with a pickle and I also had the Chicken & Dumpling Soup, very delicious also 😋 the two guys working were awesome too 👍🏻

Fell in love with Firehouse Subs when I lived in San Antonio Texas. Being disabled the store goes above and beyond and brings my sandwich orders to my car. A little bit more expensive than Subway or Jimmy John's but well worth the extra price as the subs are delicious. And they also support local firefighter charities. Had only one problem, for some reason my bank card that I used rejected the donation I made. Not sure why but it did pay for the sandwich order. This is the phone app on an Android phone.

I am a sub fanatic when I choose to let lose and give into my garb craving. The bread whether wheat or original is fantastic and leaves you feeling not so bloated. That impresses me since I like my body and enjoy feeling comfortable, not bloated after a good meal. They make everything fresh on the spot for you. You can call ahead and pick up if you would like. The only thing is if you are a pick lover they started slicing the pickles "slices" so small its not even worth giving to the customer because it is truly insulting. That would be the one very minor flaw but I assure you it upsets a ton of customers since they used to give you the traditional small slice. Now its barely a pickle slice and more like a small carrot elongated. The meats are of great quality as well as the freshness of the topping. All around great place and the cause is great too. Firefighters deserve a give back as well as other great organizations.

I have been to Firehouse Subs four or five times in Wisconsin and one time in S.C. and each time was impressed with the friendly, polite customer service. My first sub experience was the Steak & Cheese, it won me over and have yet to try another. Guess that only one GREAT example of what's forthcoming! Yum!! Good job team!

My fiancé and I had their steak and cheese I added garlic bread, salt, pepper, mushrooms, and barbecue sauce (thank me later) and brisket sandwich with carmelized onions/peppers, garlic bread, salt and pepper and it was flavorful in every bite! Their customer service is phenomenal too. They warmly greet you upon entry. You won’t be disappointed

Best sub spot, hands down! The sandwiches are great, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is fantastic. Had a childless moment with my wife so we ate in and filled our bellies while watching "Monsters Inc". 10 out of 10 dentists would even recommend!!

Just moved here from Ann Arbor, MI and no one in A2 beats these subs. I always read the 1 star reviews first and concluded they probably started with an attitude so gave subs a try. Service was fine. Turkey club sub and salad were about what we expected but the Steak sub with BBQ sauce might literally be the best sub I've had. Already in my rotation schedule.

Super friendly service. It smells amazing when you walk through the door and the staff greets you. Super popular in the area so they get busy, but everything is made to order and fresh.

My first time trying this place and I loved it. The cashier lady was very nice and helpful. Will definitely be back again
