2nd trip to pns. Store fully stocked, clean as mentioned in my first review. Plenty of fresh fruits/va

I much prefer this location over the Bluemound one. Thank you to Brian and Charles for being so attentive.

What a great store. Customer service is always pleasant and helpful. Some times if I am waiting in line a worker will come over and take me to self checkout and do everything for me including bagging the items and putting them in my cart. One other think I like and that is oftentimes if you ask where something is they will take you right to it.

Store updated business hours to close at 10p!!

This is not the closest to my house, but I ordered flowers and the service was great. The woman in the floral department recognized that our order went with my daughter's boyfriend's order and made two flowers for him to make sure they matched what he bought her. She did not have to do that, but she took the extra time and made all the right assumptions because she recognized that our separate orders actually were for the same couple and wanted to make her part in their homecoming memorable. I will make the longer drive next time just because of her.

Love coming here! Not too busy, wide range of food selections, reasonable speed for delivery service, and friendly staff.

Not very busy. Have most products metro mart has. Friendly staff especially Woman manager from India. Very Helpful. Give her a RAISE ! My hair is all white now. Lol Thanks, you Complimented it's Color

Visited the store recently, entered south end for bakery only.
Told by Clerk I had to walk around the channeled path.
Handicapped unable to walk all the way to back of store & back to parking south side of building. Understand social distance, Please plan for physically challenged patrons. Thanks to Clerk for opening path for me to sneak through.

My son lives to pick out from the selection of car carts to ride in while shopping.
This is my favorite pick n save due to short check out lines and it’s always clean and well stocked.
*hot food isn’t well stocked however

I want to give a shout out to Ebony from Grocery. I spent a weekend back in June searching all over Milwaukee for a patio set that the Pick N Save/Metro Market stores were selling. I had driven from Shorewood to Brookfield and both stores were sold out. I found out that the Tosa store had one and I called right away on a Sunday morning. I was transferred to Ebony in Grocery. She was kind, efficient, and helpful. She put the set on hold for 2.5 hours until I could get there with a truck, and was at the front of the store to help me when I said I'd be there. She had someone load it onto the cart and she wheeled it to check-out for me. She had me out of the door with my new 300 lb. patio set in less than 10 minutes! This was a special request, on a Sunday morning, and she did it with a smile. Her customer service made my day!! I hope her manager reads this to know what a superb employee he has in Ebony. Thank you!

I do like going to this location because it is across from the post office. I do manage to find good bargains in the store. I do like using the self-scan checkouts. I've had great customer service at this location.

I like this store better then other Pick and saves, today beautiful bannanas and 🍉 already. The prices seem better, as do the produce and meats, parking is good right out front, Tosa post office next door, Firehouse subs and some other businesses around.

It's always clean. Well stocked. Great variety and very well informed carrying team members. The hot food and selection from the take with or sit down counters is always great.

We love shopping here. Every shelf is stocked. Friendly atmosphere.

The two young ladies upfront were extremely helpful with all my questions. Christina and Erica are great. Sorry if the names are spelled wrong.

I didn't go in... just waited in the car. It was pleasant and relaxing staring at the vehicle parked in front of me. I believe it was a red Hyundai, maybe a blue Toyota Camry, with unattended children in the back seat. It was an absolute pleasure.

I was at the self checkout and the area manager, Vicky, was so kind and helpful. She taught me a few tricks to make the checkout easier, amazing customer service!

Each time my hubby and I go to this store I notice how clean the store is and the aisles are zoned well. As organized as they are makes it easier to find what we are looking for when we are shopping.

Nice store. Have been going there since it opened. They've kept it v er st clean. Staff is always helpful, courteous and pleasant.
