If you’re ever going to Milwaukee for a vacation, this hotel is definitely worth staying at. Its location is excellent, and it’s only a short walking distance away from the convention center and the Milwaukee Public Museum. It’s also not too far away from the lakeshore, the art museum, and the revitalized riverwalk district.

The floors closer to the top of the building provide breathtaking views of the city, especially the rooms facing toward the direction of Lake Michigan. The view is even more spectacular with the city streets and skyscrapers lit up at night. Definitely a sight worth seeing.

The hotel lobby is lavishly decorated with sparkling chandeliers and unique ceiling and wall designs, of which were common during the age of art-deco architecture. One floor below the lobby, there are several restaurants, including a breakfast place and a steakhouse.

The experience at this hotel is overall a blast. The only downside is that there was no room service that would bring food to the hotel room when I was staying here, but I didn’t let that one inconvenience ruin my experience. This historic hotel is amazing, and so is the city of Milwaukee. Again, I highly recommend staying at this place for the best possible hotel experience during a trip in Milwaukee.

Beautiful room and views. Clean and luxurious. Close to Miller Time Theater. Walkable. Monarch Bar was absolutely stunning. Chop House for steaks and Miller Pub in same building. The room doesn't show well in my photos, but it was beautiful.

The Hilton Milwaukee City Center was absolutely stunning. The interior took me back to the 1920s. A time of truly opulent design and architecture. The hotel itself was immaculate. The rooms were very clean & cozy. They had a few restaurants within that offered a different dining experience for all. I enjoyed them, you will to. The even had two dogs that live in the hotel and greet you in the lobby!!!
I had a super experienced here, I promise you will as well.

Lovely hotel and my room was perfection. Catherine at the front desk was incredibly helpful and professional. A 5-minute walk from the train station and great view of the lake on the upper floors. Would definitely recommend for a carless weekend getaway!

This one took me by surprise. I've actually been here before and rant and raved over this place for years.
Rooms are amazing. Showers are 💯. Staff is very good and the best part is the bar/restaurant on 1st floor. I know Miller high life is actually not the champagne of beers, but don't let the name deceive you. Great drinks (Murphys and telly) and bartenders are amazing.
This is a definite go to if in the Milwaukee area. 5 stars all the way and we'll deserved.

Classic, clean and comfortable hotel in the heart of Milwaukee. It’s great walking distance to both the 3rd St Market and Public Market (with the river running between the two). Check-in was fast and with ease and their employee, Edwards, was so welcoming with lots of recommendations for the restaurant hotel, hotel amenities and beyond. Looking forward to returning for another stay.

Incredibly charming lobby, takes you back in time. Staff were friendly and prompt. I ran out of in-room coffee pouches and some were delivered to my door in minutes. The flip side of the charm is the dated rooms, extremely small bathroom (the door doesn’t open all the way because it bumps into the shower curtain rod), and there is low water pressure. I feel bad for the 4 stars since staff couldn’t be better, but the room is lacking for the cost.
Edit: just met the hotel’s puppies. 5 stars 😂

Great location, beautiful lobby, amenities and room. The bar downstairs had live music which was great. The only disapppintment we had was paying an additional $38 to park in the garage on site.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The staff was very professional and courteous, always willing to serve. The room was clean and nicely appointed, and the property itself was just gorgeous.

Great location, beautiful building, and friendly staff. You can do contactless check in to make traveling a breeze as well. Don’t miss out on the hotel puppies in the lobby, either!

Gorgeous historic building, nice rooms, *unreasonably* good service, and reasonably priced.

Stunning art deco main area, rooms are a tad dated but comfortable nonetheless. The staff is so nice and turns there’s MILLIE AND SADIE! They’re so freaking adorable and their dad is exceptionally kind.

The Chophouse is wonderful. The bar area is my favorite to work from - large, comfortable. Skip the breakfast buffet. Nice staff there but food was blah.

I truly enjoyed this hotel. I found a great price through Expedia. Love my room, the hotel restaurants and other amenities. The staff was kind and professional. I love the old historic feeling of the hotel and the lay out. A great place to stay while visiting Milwaukee.

One of the best four star hotels I stayed in because of the price and the unique layout. The customer service was outstanding. The staff is very accommodating. The building was repurposed and its a historic landmark, I believe. It almost feels like I stepped into the Great Gatsby era. The lobby is grand. The rooms are large and unique. It's a few blocks away from a canal that you could bike, run and rent boats. I would walk over there during evenings to wind down. In a nutshell, book this place lol. Great location, great price, common areas are spacious and regal. It got my vote of confidence.

The hotel was built in 1926. It has obviously been well maintained and is kept clean. There's not even dust a lot of properties might overlook like on chains holding light fixtures, etc. The staff is incredibly nice. Bed is comfortable.

It's 2023, though. There's no reason to not have 55" smart tv's.

It has a lovely art deco interior. The beds were a little small, being full instead of double, but still comfortable. This is a very dog friendly hotel. They have two dog concierges. Even the Miller Pub is dog friendly. My dog was brought his own water bowl, and was allowed to sit at the table. They brought him bacon to eat. All in all, a very wonderful experience.

Stayed overnight during summerfest. The area the hotel is in isn't the greatest, but it's actually within walking distance to a lot of attractions and it's on the lower end of price compared to others. We had a room on the corner away from all the other rooms so it was actually quiet. The restaurants around the hotel were nice (build-a-breakfast and swingin door). Rooms were clean but a tad outdated, but like I said we weren't there for the hotel. Hotel staff was excellent. I'd stay here again.
