Mattress Firm Mayfair

Over the past 3 months (Sept - Dec 2023), my family and I have purchased 3 mattresses from the Mattress Firm Mayfair Road. I primarily worked John, the store manager, and a salesperson named Dan. I did stop in when they weren’t there and also talked to other employees by phone. I am beyond impressed with Mattress Firm’s hiring and training process. The “no pressure” sales approach and extremely knowledgeable employees made the entire process enjoyable. With John and Dan, I never felt like I was asking too many questions. The delivery and pick-up (for an exchange) drivers were equally impressive - friendly, super polite, and conscientious. From start to finish, I found Mattress Firm to be a great company.

Gary was great! Didn’t think we’d want an adjustable base but after learning about all the benefits and feeling the relief to my back & hips it was a no brainer. So excited to sleep on our new Tempur-Pedic Luxe Breeze for many years to come. I had no idea that buying a new bed could be such an amazing experience, with Gary at MattressFirm it was just that and a lot of fun too! Thanks for your help Gary, and for having such great energy and passion for helping people on a random Thursday night! Anyone needing a new bed I will definitely be sending your way!

I had the good fortune to work with John today to purchase a mattress. I was looking for something that would help eliminate the back pain I experience every morning with my current mattress. John was a wealth of information. He thoroughly researched my issues through a series of questions…. He suggested I try several mattresses based on my input. I felt very secure with his suggestions and was able to make a decision!

He really earned the title “sleep expert.” He was very knowledgable about all of the mattresses in the store. He helped my girlfriend and I purchase our first king size mattress. Answered all my questions. Help me to make a choice of what would work best for me. He was patient and kind and helping me to understand the difference in the type of mattresses they carry. I don't mind working with him again if necessary.

I felt very comfortable that John listened to all my concerns and was very informative about all my options. I was not rushed or pushed to buy a mattress over my budget, but believe I purchased a quality mattress at a price I could afford.

This is the mattress store to go to instead of ordering online or at a store that does not prioritize customer service. You receive amazing guidance from a sleep expert! The store manager, John, is the best of the best. Don't miss out on Black Friday specials!

I haven't bought a mattress in a long time. I went to mattress firm and can't say enough about Ed, Steve, and Sam! Ed was very patient and informative as I tried almost every bed in the store. Steve was so knowledgeable and helpful in making sure all items I wanted were ordered and set up for delivery as I needed. Sam was absolutely awesome and went above and beyond to help me the next day when I decided to switch to a queen! As a team, they were great and really worked hard to make sure I was happy. They definitely earned my business and I will return soon to replace another mattress!

Both John originally and Dan on second visit were great. Enjoyed working with them both.

I was helped by Deandre to select a mattress and platform bed that adjust your head your legs and provides lumbar support. The bed will help me to sleep healthy, to use my c-pap machine and breathe easier. Thanks

I walked in and was in a bit of a hurry and left out, and Deondre the sales person came to the door and waved at me and said he could help me, as I was backing out of the parking space, and I said I’d come back. He said please come on in let’s see what we can do for you. I decided to go back since he took the time to come out!!! Well we found a bed with a free adjustable bed frame, and he was extremely helpful!!! I would’ve kept going if he hadn’t come to the door, maybe went back another day, but for sure I was leaving, and there were other people in the store at the time and I wasn’t ignored. I just thought I could slip in and look around, and leave but he made that sale and I’m grateful!!! Thanks for going that extra step!!! Mrs A

My experience at Mattress Firm could not have been more pleasant. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable. I bought a mattress! Prices were exactly as advertised. I would recommend this location !

I can't say enough about the professionalism, and quality customer service we received at this store. A few months back I decided to splurge on a new high dollar mattress as a treat to my wife and I for the good year we had. Our old mattress was comfortable but not spectacular so we purchased a prior brand we had loved years ago. Unfortunately, it was nothing like the one we bought many years ago so opted to return it just before the 120 day test sleep period was over. John was super accommodating and made the return as pleasant as could be. He set up the return appointment without hesitation and apologized that it hadn't worked out. I expected a high pressure attempt to have us move to another mattress but when I said we still had our old mattress and would just wait to shop for something new when that one started to fail, he said he will be there for us in the future, and for sure we will be back when that day comes. Great to see there is still some integrity in business these days.

Mayfair location in Tosa was great. Brad greeted me quickly. Brad was respectful and honest. The product was over the top.

Also John the store manager was awesome with helping with financing and tough questions.

I love how they offered me something to drink and I even left with a great pillow.

5 stars all the way.

A sincerely great experience. We explained our needs as well as our limitations and the guy (who's name I missed) was super helpful. I thought it would be beyond our needs but don't overlook them as an option. Stop and see what they've got. Were getting a really good mattress for a really good price.
