Being an out of state buyer, I really rolled the dice by trusting my research and the reputation of Wilde Toyota and as a result I was extremely pleased by the buying experience and how well the Wilde Toyota staff treated me. The price was fair and in my opinion, my offer was very competitive and worth my time and effort to purchase the vehicle and drive it back to my home state 1,900 miles away. Paperwork was handled flawlessly and my Toyota Tacoma was battle tested and performed extremely well during some difficult weather conditions on the drive back to my home state. Of all the dealerships I have visited in the past 3-4 months of car searching, Wilde Toyota was the only dealership that I was proud to interact with. Not only were all of the staff who assisted me friendly, they were also respectful. Not once did the staff pressure me into doing something I did not want to do. They always respected my decisions and were always open to my opinions. The staff at Wilde Toyota always made sure I was okay with everything prior to proceeding with the car purchase. They explained everything in depth and reached out during AND after my car purchase. I am glad I got the opportunity to work with Mario, whom never once made me feel pressured. From the moment we arrived, Mario came out to greet us. He made my first car purchase smooth and easy. Mario always reassured me and constantly checked up on us. He explained everything in detail and answered all the questions we had. With my experience in consideration, I’m VERY glad I purchased from Wilde Toyota!

I have been to good dealers, and bad dealers. My last stop was Wilde and it was a great dealer, for sure. Both Matt and Tommy helped me out and I have never had a more hassle-free experience buying a car and trading in my old one. Legitimately these guys meant business and didn't waste my time, they were kind, straightforward, respectful, and easy to talk with. Matt and Tommy got what was needed done and done fast, all while providing a great experience. Great guys and a great experience. Would recommend.

Always dread having to buy a car. Haven’t purchased a car from a dealer in 20 years. Happy to have made Tim Hansen’s acquaintance. Any questions we had he found answers to. Had an issue with the vehicle I was purchasing and it was kept overnight to make sure the problem was resolved. Marcus Love was our finance guy. He also did a great job walking us through everything. And, my son had purchased his Tacoma the same week.

Nothing short of a perfect car-buying experience! Our salesman, Jim, did a wonderful job and had lots of great info about all of the cars. He was easy to reach and answered questions in a very timely manner. I can't recommend highly enough!

Picked up my 2024 GR Corolla this week and had a very pleasant experience with Wilde. From purchasing to delivery it was an easy process. I have never bought a Toyota before this one, but will do business with them in the future. Highly recommended.

This was my easiest vehicle purchase yet. Jordan Arsnow did not pressure me whatsoever. He meticulously went thru all the features so I knew how to use them. He also connected my phone which would have been a nightmare for me. Mitch Sparks in finance was also fantastic. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and helpful. The entire transaction was smooth and painless and took very little time. Even being a senior female I did not feel misguided or unwelcome. Just the opposite. My experience at Wilde was fantastic! It felt like I had known my salesman Leon for years, almost like talking to an old friend. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and Leon made the process quick and painless! The overall environment is relaxed and the facilty is beautiful. The gentleman who assisted me in the finance department was great. He didn't pressure me into anything and he treated me with respect! This review is about their service center: we purchased a Rav4 in 2019, and just experienced our first major issue. That issue turned out to be due to a massive water leak into the gas tank at a local gas station, costing is $6,000 in fixes. The service team was extremely communicative, informative and kind. Shout out to Joseph especially, who was our link between the techs and parts experts. This is a huge unexpected cost, which is a burden to anyone who encounters these situations. But we are thankful for the help from Wilde, and it is why we continue to purchase our vehicles here and use their service team.

Thank you, Jim Wright and Wilde, for helping my wife find the best used suv for her, which happened to be a 2016 CRV. Jim was friendly, courteous, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. We found a few issues with the suv after purchase and called Jim. He promptly arranged the appointments needed with the right people at Wilde, and even sat with us as much as he could while waiting for service. Thank you to service guy Mike W, who listened, investigated, and made the fixes happen. Another service guy Mike A checked up on the progress, answering any further questions we may have had. Forgive me, I forget the financing guy’s name, but he was also very informative and patient throughout a no pressure “paperwork” process. We had a very pleasant experience with Jim and everyone else we met at Wilde Toyota, and would fully recommend a visit if you’re looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

i had a very pleasant car buying experience at Wilde Toyota. There was no pressure to make a purchase. My sales person named Bill J. was a fantastic salesman who made you feel welcome.. The finance manager Ken T. was fantastic as well. He got me a fair price on my trade as well as my purchase of my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Both were wonderful to work with.

Love this place. Recently just got a 2024 Camry XSE Hybrid when the big snow hit and their systems failed but they were still more than willing to help. Leon was super chill and personable and got me excited about my new car. Will def recommend this place to others

Seriously the BEST car buying experience! Victoria was my sales specialist and she was so sweet, knowledgeable and even gave me this cute decal when I came to pick up my new 4Runner 😍 Travis was quick and efficient on getting my trade in value. He has great customer service! Usually I hate all of the finance paperwork, but Chris made it quick and easy. He knows his stuff! My 4Runner got in to the dealership and my accessories were able to be put on that same day! Definitely will be back for service and recommend Wilde to friends and family 😊

Just bought a used 2023 Camry from Dylan! Dylan gave me a fair price for my new car and my trade in, and he answered all my questions in a knowledgeable and patient manner. Ethan, the service manager, also helped me understand the certification details and treated me in a friendly way throughout the whole process.

We just purchased a new RAV4 and had a great experience. We worked with Prentiss, and he was very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. The best thing about him, though, is that he never left us sitting for 20 minutes to get a question answered. If he didn't have an answer, he literally jogged to get it and jogged back. And his cell phone # is on his card AND he even answered it when he wasn't working. Charles helped us in finance, and he was very friendly and helpful. There was no hard sell here.

Stopped in for a Jaguar at a Toyota dealer because I'm absolutely insane and received great help from Tim Hansen in regards to the sales experience. Very polite, sociable and knowledgeable, I think we had an alright time. Finance side of things was mostly as smooth with Marcus Love, we pushed back and forth on the numbers a little but honestly we should all know that's part of the routine. Marcus was also pretty knowledgeable and we got through things fine. Really, all the staff I encountered seemed to actually enjoy their work a bit and had a lot of enthusiasm, which admittedly is a little rare to find. Maybe they were all just thankful someone was finally pulling that pile of British engineering off of the lot. Overall the sales experience was very good. Thanks guys!
