Potawatomi Casino Hotel | Milwaukee

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The rooms were emaculate, and it also had a very pleasant smell. There is a small refrigerator but no microwave. The room is spacious, and there are a variety of dining options. It's a nice place for a quick getaway.

The second level of the casino is newly remodeled and now has a very enjoyable ambience. Dining offerings are greatly improved - there's something for everyone. Ordering food at the kiosk saves time and is very easy to do.

One of the very best casino's I have ever played at. All around me I constantly heard bonus rounds going off. They actually pay out on bonus rounds, and I had a blast all day....great payouts. I could have walked out WAY ahead. But I was having too much fun. I came to have fun. A few extra hundred I gave back was 1000% worth having the fun of hitting bonuses. No doubt I will be back to play, when I return to Milwaukee next month. Honestly the best casino I have ever been to.

My husband and I came for a night out and it did not disappoint. We got the king deluxe room and what sold me on it was the walk in shower with a huge bath tub inside. I'm a mom of three and I'll tell you, my husband and I were able to fit in it together comfortably! The room has floor to ceiling windows and the view was wonderful. We had a great time and will be back again!

The facility has improved a lot in the past couple years. Addition to the hotel, redesign of the gaming area are both top notch. Gaming area in total is greatly expanded so it does not feel crowded. While I miss the crab legs in the old buffet which is gone, the area is redesigned to a food court that has good offerings and a advanced ordering process which is great.
Burgers are very good, pizza was good Mexican was average. The sports book is open but still under construction during our most recent visit. Once complete it looks like it will be a great place to not only wager on sports but fun to watch games. It should be a go to for the NFL playoffs and March madness!

It was the best!!! Machines actually let u play and keep ahead. I played on one slot machine for 3hours without sticking in more money. And the atmosphere is beautifully decorated with all modern conveniences. It was my first time there and i am very glad i made the trip.Next time i plan to stay in the hotel

I have never stayed in a room, so I can't rate how that is but I love the environment at Potawatomi. I come here to have a couple drinks and gamble a bit at least once a month. Lots of parking. Tons of food choices to choose from if you are feeling hungry. Their games are hit or miss obviously like most casinos. I seem to always be able to come up a bit on slots but then lose it again fairly fast too. Just got to learn to walk away when I come up a little. Lol. Always have a great time there regardless. It's not all about getting rich or winning big. Just have a great time.

The casino was better this time around than 5 years ago. It seems cleaner and more well put together & functioning at a higher lever.

The security was very helpful when I couldn’t find my way back to the parking garage.

It's quite the cool hotel and casino. There are lots of video slots that I'm not really into and didn't play. They have many variations of poker games and blackjack, of which I didn't play. Had they had a traditional old school, Texas Holdem poker, I probably would've played. I really didn't go there to gamble. I was being touristy visiting from another state. The service at the 360 bar was great. It didn't take long to figure that most of the patrons at the bar were regular locals. My experience with bars is that the locals are tight within their own cliques and aren't too friendly with visitors but not at this bar. The bartenders were great and on top of their service. Also, they gave good guidance and advice. Would definitely return to visit if I ever find another opportunity to do so.

Was very excited when my husband and I got the monthly hotel room comp. When we went there the staff was very kind and professional. The room itself was a bit cold. My husband ordered the burger and he said that it was very good. I myself had gotten the shrimp fried rice and had gotten very sick from eating it. This would have been the third time that I had tried their newer venue as far as checking out. Instead of going to that I would highly recommend going to the dine in at RuYi restaurant in Poto. Other then that the hotel staff were very kind and professional. I would highly recommend if you are new to the area or want a good date night idea.

A great hotel/casino. Had a wonderful time. They have remodeled several areas of the casino and continuing to do so. The hotel rooms and customer service were amazing. I will go back.

I go there for sports betting. They have plenty of kiosks. Lots of live betting options which I love . The remolded casino is amazing . Decent food with outstanding atmosphere at the new restaurants 5 star they really made the place 1000 times better . All the employees are friendly and helpful

Potawatomi is in my opinion the biggest and best place to spend your time in the city of Milwaukee and in the all around Midwest! I have been a member of their Rewards club since joining many years ago! It all depends on how much you gamble for Rewards in Free Play Food and my Favorite Free Hotel Stays. I happened to be there for New Year's and the place was the place to be this New Year and many more to come for all of your favorite entertainment 😁

My wife an I have been going to the casino for years. 12/25/23 we visited the casino, an while setting down to one of the slots. A black young man approached me an inserted his reward card in the slot I was playing. I stopped playing an went to another machine. He followed me an inserted his card again. As before, I got up an went to a slot at the other end of casino.
Went an joined my wife an explained what happened. She pointed to a Chinese lady an told me she just did the same thing to her.
Tried to find a number for customer relations. Couldn't find anyway to share our experience.

We had a great weekend at Potawatomi. The rooms were some of the nicest I have ever seen. Restaurants were great and the staff was wonderful. Uber was our friend to go to the wonderful sites of Milwaukee. My only complaint was the room prices were very high. I would go back but not at the weekend prices we paid.

With any casino it can be a Love -Hate relationship, but I appreciate the the customer service here. They really took care of me, and made sure your my birthday weekend specail.

First time visitor. Parking was free and easy in the garage.

I appear to look younger than 21 and I always get carded. The security guy was just rude about it and not nice.

Nonsmoking in the casino area. It was good for me to enjoy because I don’t smoke. Slots were so so. Didn’t hit the jackpot but also no big payouts when I had free spins.
