Washoe County Clerk

I can't believe these are government employees!
They are happy, they are welcoming, they do their job competently, and above all, they treat you with dignity and amazing customer service sense!
I gladly paid the $35 fee for them to help us with the passport request. They DID A GREAT JOB!
You know who didn't? The USPS Passport services, they suck! I gave them 1 star for making us run around, canceling our appoitnment, and doing all sorts of sneaky things to avoid doing their job. The Postal Service and their workers, suck!
Save yourself sometime and go to the Washoe County Clerk's office instead!!!!

I love these people! Along with the County Recorder's office staff, they make my job as a permanent Nevada Minister so much easier and they are so pleasant and helpful!

Whoever helped us today is a major asset to Washoe County!! We didn't write down her name, but she was SO helpful and patient with us when my sister was trying to find her marriage certificate from 1968. She had to research microfiche as the records go back over 55 years ago. What a helpful and pleasant person she was!!!

Be aware, mapquest directions are incorrect but I sent correction in. Civil servant tests are at 5490 Spectrum Blvd. near TMCC.
