Friendly staff, always busy! Right across the street from the University entrance. Easily accessible from Sierra, Virginia and I-80 and easy back to I-80 Gas too!

Haven’t had many problems before except for the fact that their fountain drink are always out of syrup and if you put up a sign saying you will be gone for five minutes due to bathroom break. Don’t be gone for like half and hour.

I had a negative experience at this food store due to the impolite behavior of their staff. Today, I went in to buy milk and was asked to put my backpack on the floor while I was in front of the fridge. I found this request to be impolite and unnecessary.

The staff members were not friendly or helpful, and their lack of manners made me feel unwelcome. I understand the need for store security, but there are ways to approach customers that are more polite and respectful.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at this food store and would not recommend it to others due to the impolite behavior of the staff.

Terrible customer service. Whoever the new night clerk they have is pretty awful. If you can't figure out right and wrong on your own don't work in customer service. Actually what a great time to mention, what the hell happened to customer service in general these days? There's no such thing, I forgot, I change my mind, this place is just good as everywhere else.

K-Lynn answered the phone for me and was willing to do something for me until I mentioned the fact that I remembered who she was. I said I missed her and I hope she had a good day. She followed that up with some condescending remarks, that were not appreciated and she was very much so disrespectful to me as a customer. I feel as if I don't want to go there anymore. Jackson's, if you want to solve this problem, you got to talk to Kaylin and tell her that she's being a Butthead. Love the store, not the attitude.

The Woman There Is Blonde And She Was Rude And Assumed That I Wasn't Old Enough To Buy Something And I Have My ID And She Didn't Even Ask For It She Was Rude And Disrespectful And Will Make That Store Lose Business
