Radisson Hotel Milwaukee West

Conveniently located, friendly reception staff amd very responsive to needs. My first night was cold due to a bad functioning heat/ac unit. When I mentioned it, they had actually replaced the whole unit while I was out at my conference. Thank you!

This place was very nice! We only stayed one night, but I wish we would have stayed another. The front desk employees were very kind and helpful. The room was very clean. The bathroom was also extremely clean.
There is also a bar and grill (separate business from the hotel) downstairs that seemed popular for hotel guests.
Anytime we come to Milwaukee, we will definitely be staying here!

I only came for a seminar but the registration lady directed me nicely (& the halls and restaurant looked good.)

The young man at the front desk Jacob was absolutely awesome! He was so polite and friendly! The hotel itself was ok, shortage on washrag's and no breakfast, but it was still very nice. Clean and comfortable, not many TV channels tho. Would definitely return.

Beautiful hotel. We really appreciate how they are taking things seriously with the pandemic. They sanitized the remote. They even had a nice top sheet over the bedspread so we didn't have to have a dirty bedspread like most hotels to give you. The only complaint we have was the floor was a little dirty where it could have been swept and mopped.

I could not speak more highly about this hotel! My coworker and I facilitated a banquet and I stayed over night. We were greeted with some of the best customer service. Our banquet was excellent! Not only did management work the staff but my room was incredible. I will definitely stay here again!

Pleasantly pleased! They occimadated our needs above and beyond. The pool was really warm and spacious, drinks and service from jimmys was good. I loved the fire pit outside as well. On the pricier side but all around i was happy with our experience! The room smelt great when we opened the door,clean and comfy beds/pillows. Two water bottles waiting for us on arrival which was a nice touch. Loved the front desk staff! Thank you all so much!!

We were here for my daughters surgery. Janelle was awesome. My son inlaw stayed rill after the surgery I stayed till she was discharged Janelle made sure i had the shuttle back and forth to the hospital always talked to me when i got back. Considering i was there alone and not knowing anyone she stepped up. The restaurant/bar was great Pete the bartender knew my son inlaw and made it a point to see how i was doing. I would recommend this hotel 100%. Clean friendly and close to everything. Thank you to Janelle and the staff for making my stay great.

Came to Wisconsin for Art64 Nice clean rooms. Staff was awesome. Hopefully the pool will be done next year.

I liked the front desk people very kind and courteous and the house keepers were very kind and the rooms were always all done by the time I returned asked for wake up calls so I could get up for work. The fitness room is awesome loved working out. The pool was also nice. The only downfall was there wasnt a hot tub that would have been nice to go in after a hard long day to relax and de stress . I would highly recommend this place to all of my friends and family this hotel is also nice and clean

Bed was seriously so comfortable! Going to miss it! Room nice and clean. Shuttle to and from the MLB game (with the Brewers package), restaurant on site. Only complaint which is minor is that I wish the room had a microwave. Priceline says it should've been then when I booked through the hotel it disappeared. When restaurant closes early it's nice to have the option to heat food up in our room. Breakfast in restaurant is good but it's not free. Continental is lacking.

Being a travel agent, I stay in a lot of hotels. I only rate the ones that are exceptional. This Radisson has the best service and the friendliest staff I've seen in a long time. Service and attitude is number one in my book. The rooms are clean and nice. The location is central to everything.

Don't forget to check out "Jimmy's Island Grill and Bar, attached to the hotel! Owned by Jimmy himself, there are four other restaurant's like it in Florida. You'll swear you are near the beach with the island atmosphere. The steaks and seafood prime, the salads delicious and the best cocktails anywhere in Milwaukee!

Great place to stay. It is around everything. Takiesha was Awesome!!!! She was a life saver. I had missed my deadline to register for my room block for my family Reunion and she worked at getting me in . I am so grateful!

The staff at this hotel are beyond amazing! They have a nice restaurant/bar that plays sports games and has a relaxing outdoor seating area. The room was clean. Shower was nice. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very friendly and accomidating staff, nice fitness area, nice pool. Very clean and well maintained. Restraunt was great with awesome food and great drinks!! Wife was thrilled with high wattage hair dryer that actually dried her hair. She doesn't need to bring her own next time.

The hotel was really nice the rooms were okay unfortunately the smell was not. Best experience of all was the clerk that assisted us. Her personality and customer service is rated 15+👍from me.....😊..

The hotel is located off of highway 100 and North. It is right across from a 24gr Walgreens. The room was beautiful. It had every amenity except a hair dryer. Pool goes up to 5ft and is comfortably warm. Complementary breakfast with just a few options. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Shuttle service to Billy Joel made the whole evening so much more enjoyable. Will definitely stay again just because of the great experience and convenience that offered. Hotel bar/restaurant staff very accommodating and facilities were nicely updated.

I booked my room via a third party and that was a big mistake! Always go directly to their website to book your room, you will get way better deal than booking thru a third party. Great customer service! Room was nice and clean! Pleasant stay overall!

We came up from Kokomo,Indiana for a Brewers baseball game, and to visit my aunt and uncle who live just outside Milwaukee. The price for the room was reasonable, room was nice, clean and quiet. Also had a nice restaurant/bar off the lobby that was very nice. Great location, in the heart of the downtown area, many great pubs very near, and the stadium was a 10 min drive. We will be back again next season for a few games, we love Miller Park, our 1st visit was a memorable one. The best thing about the entire area is that almost everywhere had shuttle service into and out of the ballpark. We ate at a few small, friendly pubs down the street, once you buy a drink or food, you get a ticket for free shuttle service, not many other stadiums that we have been to are as accommodating and friendly.
