Amazing!!!!! Place was recommended to us by a friend. Stopped in had a couple drinks and ordered their fried clams. They were absolutely delicious. I'm talking better than any local place in the area! Would definitely recommend this. If you're looking for fried clams this is the place to go. Oops, forgot to mention Chris the bartender. Great spot, good food at reasonable prices and a great working class bar atmosphere. Got baked haddock and fries which was very good and less than $15. Next time I'll get the fisherman's platter. Cash only, cash is king!

They got the best prime rib and strawberry shortcake you can get. And mashed patatos was amazing. Bar service is great. Met a bunch of cool people that I think are local or out of town lol. And met a woman and danced with her lmao. This is a good spot for drinking. Because once that alcohol kicks in your gonna crave some real homemade food. Prices are good. Only spent like 60 bucks but That's because I ordered like 5 drinks lol so the food prices are excellent.

There is another great place to eat with the family and friends and great social atmosphere with local patrons and great food when I say great I mean awesome from what I've experienced in the past couple of months everything is top notch not much of a wait . The waitresses are right on top of everything not overbearing but definitely to make sure your experience is pleasant. And if you like Keno like I do screens are visible everywhere I'm definitely a plus for me hope you enjoy the same experience I have

Local place, shockingly good food, kind of a rough bar atmosphere, worth it for the dinner. Only one cook, so if you come in with a party of 18, be prepared for food to be excellent, but for it to come out in waves. 🙂

Everything about this place is truly awesome. The bartenders, the regulars, the food, pool and keno what more could you ask for. I love this bar!

I have never had a bad experience at the Wheelock Inn. Steve, the owner, is generous and accommodating almost to a fault. He's a great guy, and he would bend over backwards for his employees or his customers. I highly recommend this place for a beer, or a bite to eat. You won't regret your experience here.

Had the Bacon Cheeseburger. It was awesome. Their menu is pretty good too. Definitely go back there
