Let me start with say that Nicole was very helpful and welcoming, she greeted me as I entered, offer her help if needed. The store was well organized and shelf were well stocked. Store was very clean. She advised me of the family dollars rewards she help get the application. She is very professional and kind. She definitely is the example of what customer service should also be. Thank you for your kindness and help Nicole. I hope corporate sees this review and gives you any type of gratitude acknowledgement. I can say that I definitely seen that their was a management change being that I have came in before to this store and my experience wasn't like the one I had today with Nicole, and if its not a management change Nicole will be a great candidate. This store just need great management. Keep up the awesome job Nicole.
