Best prices in town, and great quality furniture! We shopped around for a couple weeks, and knew the couch set that we wanted when we stopped by. They didn't have them in store, but we were able to order them with Mason in store that day. The couches were shipped in about two weeks later, and they delivered them to the apartment the next day. My wife Patti and I were in St George to close escrow on our vacation home. We shopped at several other furniture stores before finding Downtown Furniture. Josh and Sara were fantastic. They were extremely knowledgeable and helped us pick out living room, dining room, and bedroom sets. The furniture quality was excellent and the price even better. We were in the store at 1PM and they delivered and set up everything that day! The customer service was unbelievable! Downtown Furniture will always be the place we start for all of our future furniture needs. Do yourself a favor and give Downtown Furniture a try. You won’t regret it!

I had the most awkward space I needed a couch for and did my best to pick one on my own, but these guys came up with something BETTER!! I LOVE my couch! I was so happy with their service and quality of products I ended up getting a bunk bed with mattress, dining chairs and a TV console as well! They took excellent care of my family! Highly recommend this place!!

We absolutely love this store! The salesmen are so professional and helpful! They found out our needs and gave us ideas and the more we bought the larger the discount ! So much less expensive than at other furniture stores in the area. We loved the delivery crew! They put things together very fast and efficiently, cleaned up and were very friendly courteous and helpful. We will be customers for life! We shopped around multiple places and we are so glad we went with Downtown Furniture! Not only we're they some of the most pleasant people we ever met but they gave us the best deal on a mattress in Southern Utah! Plus they threw in add ons for us at no extra cost! Just amazing first time experience and my spouse and I are already planning our next trip to pick up a new sofa set with a recliner!

Such an awesome furniture store!! We went to EVERY single furniture store in Southern Utah over a holiday weekend. Sat on about 200+ couches/sectionals and didn't find 1 that we liked. This was a big purchase for us and we didn't want to settle on something we didn't really love.
Sadly, Downtown Furniture was our last stop because we didn't even remember it was there. We went in at about 5 pm one night as a last ditch effort. Within 5 minutes, we found 3 sectionals that fit what we wanted and were able to pick the perfect 1 out of those. We know we got a great deal because we had spent so many hours at the competition! They even went out of their way to deliver it and set it up THAT NIGHT!! We were sitting on our wonderfully comfortable sectional before 7 pm.

They have a great selection of couches. All of the couches are a really good price. After looking at other places in town and not loving the couches or the prices we came to downtown. Everyone was very nice and helpful! Delivery was super fast. Would definitely recommend.

We’ve bought a few pieces of furniture from a downtown. Just recently we bought couches. We couldn’t haven’t asked for better customer service or understanding in letting us put these on layaway and pay until we were ready to order. Great people over there who have fair prices! The delivery very went smooth and they were on time. We will definitely shop there again!

I am so impressed with this furniture store. They took such good care of us and best of all... they are HONEST!
We went to Ashley furniture first and found a couch we really liked, we asked the sales rep at Ashley to write down the model # of the couch so we could compare. We took it to Downtown furniture and discovered the Ashley rep totally made up the number it was bogus so we wouldn't be able to find it anywhere else.
Needless to say we found a couch at Downtown for an amazing price, plus we got free delivery in town. I highly recommend them.

You feel like you're with friends when shopping at Downtown furniture. Very relaxed and amazing prices not to mention the selection of mattresses and furniture. Custom orders can be made as well. I've done business with Downtown Furniture for years and have referred many people who have gone back time and time again

They showed me a matching occasional chair for the set I purchased at another large furniture store. It was a VERY reasonable price. When it broke two years later because my big son plopped down in it, they replaced it. no questions asked. What a way to offer customer service.

After looking all day from various furniture stores, I realized that Downtown Furniture had all the same furniture for less money. Next time I'm going save my day and just go to DownTown. Terrific customer service in finding the right furniture, assembly, delivery, and very competitive pricing. They are very friendly and customer oriented. I visited and compared all local furniture stores and found this to be the best in St George area!

I had a horrible experience at Blvd Home. I decided to check out this company and so glad i did! Very friendly, down to earth, and excellent customer service. I purchased through them and canceled my order through Blvd Home. Will shop with them in the future!!

We worked with Josh to find some bunk beds and a queen bed for our airbnb. He was very helpful and found us exactly what we needed. We will definately be going back again for our personal residence or future homes.

We bought our sectional here about 6 months ago. Love love it!!!! Picked it out and had it at our house a couple hours later. Definitely the BEST place ever to buy furniture. Will be back soon
