Pharmacist Adam is w out a doubt the kindest and most helpful pharmacist I have ever dealt w in my life. He goes out of his way to make sure I always get what I need especially when I have a emergency prescription refill. Also the pharmacy help are always as nice, polite and helpful as Adam.

The pharmacist Adam Mates and his staff went above and beyond to help me with an emergency medical situation that I found myself in recently. I can’t recommend using them anymore than this. They saw an opportunity to help me out and they jumped on it emphatically. I’m grateful for their willingness to help me out when I needed it the most. I highly recommend using Adam and his team as your local pharmacist. Thank you Adam for all of your help.

The Manager in the Photo Department didn't have to help me with WU but she was determined to help me get WU to make it right with me with at least 5 phone calls to WU my phone was at 10 percent so JENN saved the day a million thanks

It would be a five star if I wouldn't of ran into Kathryn, I was there to pickup a prescription from there and usually they are great. The pharmacist take time to help you ,and are very friendly ,as are the rest of staff, but yesterday I was helped if you could call it that, by Kathryn, she was very rude, and made an unacceptable comment about the drug I take ,in regards to as what it is taken for,,she doesnt belong on that side if the counter

I’ve had enough of Walgreens in Saint George UT. The past two years this pharmacy has gone downhill at an alarming rate! I’ve used Walgreens for 20 years. Most of that time was in Florida and the pharmacy was great. I moved to St. George 5 years ago and Walgreens has gotten worse each year. Today was my last time using Walgreens. They are only open 7.5 hours a day. They make sure they have a lunch time 3 hours before they close. If you are there for a prescription and they screw it up it doesn’t matter they won’t help you till they all have lunch even if they are the ones that messed up. I had to wait a half hour for them to have lunch before I could get my prescription and then it took another 30 minutes. I was trying to get my antibiotic, they filled a prescription I didn’t need, if I hadn’t taken a look I would have went home without the correct one. Today I’m the only one in line. Two people are being helped at the checkout. As soon as they checkout their customer, the counter person leaves and no one is there to help me. One of them went around the corner to help someone on the phone. I’ve always felt if you are a customer that is there in person you should be helped before phone calls. I took two steps forward so people could see me standing there waiting for help. I’m still at least 4-5 feet from the counter. 5-6 feet from the person around the corner. The person on the phone tells me to back up for patient privacy. I cant possibly hear what she is saying on the phone and have no idea whom she is talking to. I hate waiting where no one can see you because then you aren’t ever helped. She finally gets off the phone, stays around the corner where I can’t see or hear her and I guess she asked if she could help me. The other two people that came back to the counter are talking to each other and not helping anyone say “she said do you need help”. I told them I can’t hear or see her and she gets nasty and says “I looked at you”! Good grief. I told her not to be nasty so she walked away and said she wouldn’t help me. The pharmacist had to check me out. Then the person behind me says today was her last day at Walgreens in Saint George the people are rude, won’t help you, are closed on weekends and close at 5 everyday. Rudest pharmacy in town. Use ANY pharmacy except Walgreens!

My elderly mother has been treated so poorly by this Walgreen Pharmacy. Today one of the employees snapped at my mother after she had waited AS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN LINE for over 20 minutes! My mom said she couldn't hear the lady and the employee told another employee to help my mother as she didn’t want to. The other employee didn’t want to help her either. What is up with this terrible service. My mom is moving all her medications today. I do not recommend anyone using their company. There are tons of independent companies with great prices I suggest finding a new one. Less stress.

Beyond horrible service. You never know if they will be open or closed. And the girl working in the pharmacy is so outright rude. Honestly what is wrong with her supervisor that they don’t correct her. Last time I checked it’s because there are customers that they are supposed to be taking care of. Not making up their own rules and then being rude. It’s not just one time. It is EVERY single time you go in. It should not take over a week to get a prescription filled.

I do not usually leave bad reviews but this review is a year in the making. I have been using this pharmacy for almost a year and everytime I think about leaving a review I stop myself to give them another chance, but this is ridiculous. They are the WORST pharmacy I have ever used! I have used other Walgreens pharmacies and I have loved them, but this one is terrible! Every time you go to pick up your prescription expect at least a half hour wait. Every time I have called them they have been so so so rude and sound annoyed to do their job! Do not have your provider send any of your prescriptions to this pharmacy they are TERRIBLE!!!

I just wanna say, ever since I have been gone there have been nothing but 1 star google reviews for poor customer service. If you look down to when I was working there , there were lots of 5 star reviews with positive mentions of my name. I was bringing a good name back for this store

A toxic work environment and a personal vendetta against me led to my dismissal. That is why the store is in chaos and has to be 9-5 now. I would say this store shot themselves in the foot after dismissing me.

, people that go above and beyond to try to get other employees fired due to hatred is really sad. I would think of the long term consequences before sabotaging somebody else. Even if you don’t like someone, think about your fellow employees who have to suffer because of your actions. And boy there is suffering. Techs worn out from these consequences leads to poor customer service hence poor reviews. I hope nobody ever has to put up with what I did in their workplace.

Don’t act on emotions and consider the consequences before taking action. And really grow up. There is no reason why there has to ever be drama, hatred, and animosity. Being an adult means being able to adapt to other people’s personalities whether you like their personality or not. The fact that one can’t cope with someone else who is different really shows immaturity and is a poor example for their fellow workers.

It didn’t have to be this way.

They use to be great, 24 hr availability at the pharmacy. Now you never know if the pharmacy is open or not. Closed at 5pm. Closed on weekends. Wait time is forever in drive thru. Then you actually make it to the drive thru and they don't have your prescription ready. It's sad. So many places are becoming like this.

Do not use this pharmacy, avoid this place at all cost. I have never been treated this poorly at any business or, by any person worse than this place. I had back fusion surgery and my surgeon prescribed me 10 days worth pain medication. When my wife went to pickup the prescription she was told that they could only give out 7 days worth at a time, but that after the 7 days they would give me a partial refill for the other 3 days. Now keep in mind that I live 100 miles away from there. So on Saturday 8 days later we call the automated service and it says my prescription would be ready, so we drive the 100 miles to to pick it up pull into the drive through and are meet the rudest employee I have ever dealt with. I tell her my name and birthrate and she just cuts across me won't listen a says that that prescription has no refills, I try to explain that my doctor prescribed it for 10 days she says and I quote, "Your doctor doesn't know what he is doing. " I asked her if she would look at the bottle which says on refill it has a partial refill. She screams at me no it doesn't and I was trying to tell her that the automated system said it was all ready for pick-up, but she turned off the speaker and started making the motion with her hand where you close you fingers to your thumb repeatedly to represent talk talk talk, I can't hear you and walked away from the window

Walgreens on St. George Boulevard is awful. If you try to call the pharmacy all they do is is pick the phone up and put you on hold again. The pharmacist is really rude and the people that work in the pharmacy are very rude so if you have to deal with Walgreens go to the one office Sunset they’re pretty nice, and they care
