After a sudden microburst took my unopened patio umbrella up and over into my tile roof, I was left with a damaged cement tile that needed replacing. Fortunately, I had three extra tiles because the house is 32 years old and these particular roof tiles are no longer being manufactured. I contacted Ian and after explaining the situation he was able to come to my house within the hour and within minutes had the broken tile removed and replaced. even finding an extra tile underneath the existing tile so I still have three spares. He also did a complete inspection of my 30-year-old tile roof and declared it to be an excellent condition which is always nice to know! He was prompt and professional and his price was very reasonable and now I don't have to worry about anything except not putting my umbrella out unless I'm going to use it. Thank you Ian!

We had rain pouring in our window after a big storm on a Friday night. Jay the owner showed up Saturday morning and was able to repair the roof. Very impressed with the company!

We had a very high wind during the night, and a tile from the edge of the roof blew off the house, and several were at risk of falling. I found this company on line and saw the good Google reviews. I called when the office opened, and the owner (Ian) answered. He was able to respond and do the repair on the same day, and for a reasonable price. He also inspected the entire roof and found some broken tiles, that he replaced the same day. I appreciate the quick response, and also his communication. He texted me before he came. When on the roof, he texted photos of the damaged tiles, and also of the completed work. I highly recommend this company.

After we built and installed a patio roof that connected to the existing house roof, whenever it rained it would leak at a couple places. We put caulking in the areas where we thought was causing the leaks. But we couldn't solve the problem. After several months of continued leaking whenever it rained, we contacted St. George Roof Repair, and Ian was able to diagnose the problem in short order. His bid to repair the water damage to the roof, to seal and caulk the tile joints and also to replace several broken tiles on the entire roof was comprehensive and the cost was extremely fair. He and his crew were able to start the work immediately because one of his prior work commitments had to be postponed because of the weather conditions, and he fit us into his schedule. They worked professionally and kept the job site clean and clear of debris. We are more than pleased with Ian and his company and will definitely recommend his services. After the job was done he even took time to call and make sure we were satisfied with the work.
