As a trans dude, I’ve been searching for a place to get my hair done for literally years now and I always leave after my first haircut to keep looking for a new place. I will definitely be coming back to Fleet Street!!! The atmosphere is very welcoming, as well as the stylists. I went in with an idea of how I wanted my hair to look, and I left with a haircut better than what I had expected. 10/10 recommend 🎉

I have been going to Edie for about 2 years now during my hair growth journey. First off, the shop is gorgeous, I love the aesthetic. Edie always does a thorough consultation before starting to ensure we’re on the same page. I always leave Fleet Street looking and feeling great 🫶🏽.

I had the one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a barber shop. Start to finish Tyler was incredible. The cut, the environment, the products, the hot towel, and wash with every cut was exceptional and I was truly delighted. ☺

We love the atmosphere! Experienced barbers (stylists?) who know their stuff! Spa treatment is a refreshing change from no frills barber shop. We especially like the hot face towels.

Amazing service, knowledgeable staff, and a superb dog. I have a lot of trouble communicating in New places with new people, salons have always made me uncomfortable and I usually don't walk out with the hair I want. Someone suggested I find a barber shop so I could get the style I was looking for done right, and after reading the reviews I made an appointment at Fleet Street. I was really self conscious and nervous coming in because I'm not well versed in fashion or hair styling, and also because my last salon appointment was a bit of a bad time. Edie was just wonderfully patient and helpful with me all around. I had a lot of trouble describing what I wanted and she asked all the right questions to get us through that. She helped fill in some blank areas in my knowledge without making me feel small for not knowing. Despite me being spectacularly vague and having difficulty finding my words, Edie seemed to understand what I was looking for better than I did and helped me immensely in making decisions. I get overwhelmed at appointments usually, but I can't stress enough how appreciative I was of the welcoming environment and thoughtful professionalism throughout my service. It really made things so much more relaxing than I'm used to this being. I finally walked out of an appointment with a style I like, it feels and looks great for summer, and I walked out with a smile instead of a headache. 10/10 will be returning and will recommend.

They do a really great job with the haircuts. Two amazing distinguishing things put them above all other barbershops for me. After a haircut they wash your hair, and put a warm towel on your face while they do that. It's like a small spa relaxation time for me, warm towel and head massage.

Got some great advice from the crew at Fleet Street Barbering Company. What we had in mind might not be feasible for us at this time, but they are amazingly nice and willing to consult on projects so that the customer has a realistic understanding of the time and costs involved. Though we won't be using them right now, we'll definitely keep them in mind for the future.

Have been on the search for a place that felt comfortable and safe as a queer gender fluid person and this was 100% exactly what I was looking for. The shop vibes were great and I was comfortable from the moment I stepped into the space. There's a shop dog named Andy who is super cute and loving. Fabienne gave me exactly the cut I was asking for. She asked all of the right questions and made me feel right at home. My partner also got a fade from Bianca and they are so happy with the results. We will definitely be regulars!

I really love the decor and customer service. Everyone there is so nice! My haircut is amazing and today I got it colored and it came out PERFECT I don’t see a single strand that’s not perfect 😍 thank you so much

My barber cancelled on me the evening prior to my vacation, the owner was extremely nice to take me in last minute and did a GREAT JOB! Highly recommend this business!!!!

Repeat customer here. Been to many barbershops in Worcester, this one is by far the most professional, most consistent, best service I receive. You can tell the level of care and love that the lady that runs this place puts into it first second you step in. Never disappointed here. Can be pricey but you get what you pay for.

By far the best haircut I've ever gotten in, probably my entire life. I had no need to worry about explaining too much, just provided a few pictures and my stylist knew exactly what to do. I went for a pretty specific look, and it's amazing what she was able to do with what she had to work with... will definitely be coming back, 10/10

The service I got from Edie was amazing. The premises are neat, clean, spooky, and fun. Edie took great care of me and gave me advice of styling, care, and was super nice. I felt like.a different person after my appointment. I haven't felt this good after a hair cut in my life. Thanks everyone at Fleet Street!

I am not a client here but my boyfriend is and I have came in with him and I love the energy and the music. The haircuts are always good especially since he always asks the stylist to do their thing

Edie is amazing. I have been to soooo many barbers and she is the only one that can tame my thick hair. She textures it perfectly, styles it just the way I like, and the consistency with each visit is on point. You can always tell when a barber cares and takes their time to make sure you are happy with your haircut. Super respectful and relaxing environment. I can’t say enough great things about this place. Highly recommend! :)

Great first experience here! The place has a whimsical, gothic vibe that I really like. I have a pixie style haircut that was growing out and needed some sprucing up. I recently moved and haven't had the time to get a touch up in quite awhile. I'm very happy with the results and feel like myself again. Will definitely be coming back for future cuts! My other half got his hair cut here recently too, and he also had a great experience. Would definitely recommend to others. 🙂

My son saw Edie for a haircut and he was really impressed with her cutting skills and he was so in awe of her shampooing his hair after she cut it! "No barbershop ever did that before Mom and it was really nice because I didn't need to go home and shower to get the cut hair off of me."
