To-Do's

I stopped at To-Do’s because I needed Aluminum Pans, Pan Holders & Burners. Once in the store, it became apparent that they didn’t carry those supplies. The store Owner gave several suggestions, even offering to take us to Sam’s club so that we could get the Party Pack. Of course, I didn’t want to have her go out of her way, but she genuinely wanted to help us as we were from out of town. She hopped in her car and we followed her to Sam’s. After purchasing what I needed, I offered her $20 for helping me out and she emphatically declined to take the money.

I know my story has nothing to do with the store itself, but if the store has owners/employees like this that will go out of their way to help you, this is the place to shop!!

Decorating for a 90th birthday celebration and they had everything we needed. The young lady who took the order and prepared our balloons, remembered our names a week later when we picked up the order.

I wanted to send a balloon bouquet to my mother for her birthday. I live in another state, so I also needed a place that provided delivery. I called several party stores in/ near Edwardsville. I was surprised to find that most were not interested in filling a “small” order, and were generally unfriendly, unreliable, and extremely overpriced. I had all but given up when I called To-Do’s. Katie, the owner, picked up right away. She was very friendly and offered some great suggestions. She spent considerable time talking with me, sending me pictures, etc. to make certain that I was happy ad my with order was just right. On top of all that, Her prices were very reasonable. My mom, who is 80, lives in a retirement community. I was concerned about getting the delivery there since the community is very cautious about deliveries due to COVID. Katie assured me she always wears a mask when delivering, & requires customers to wear them when in her store. I greatly appreciated her professionalism and socially responsible policy. The delivery was right on time, beautiful, and Katie even called later to see how my mother liked it. Katie really cares about her customers, her business and is dedicated to making your special occasion the best it can be. To-Dos is top notch! I highly recommend it.

My husband and I went into the new location and was looking for birthday decor for our sons 8th birthday. The clerk behind the counter was friendly and very courteous. We found exactly what we were looking for and at reasonable prices. Definitely going back!!!!!!!

Great local party supply store. Lots of themed items, balloons, etc. Small footprint on the inside but ask the staff as sometimes things aren't out. Super friendly. Ordered balloons while kids picked different things, they were ready as needed.

Greeted by a very friendly golden retriever upon entering. Ordered a balloon arrangement. Very quick and easy process.

Jackie is wonderful!!! I called to inquire if they had yellow paper cups, it was 7 minutes before closing time. Jackie said they had two options on yellow paper cups and stayed open till I could get there! We were using these for popsicle molds and they needed to freeze overnight!!! Jackie, you're a life saver!!! My daughters party would not have been the same without her gummie bear/sprite popcicles! THANK YOU!!!

Great party supply store, I even found a costume tie and suspenders there.

Staff was Soo helpful! I was in jam for my sister's bridal shower and they helped pull together the final touches.
