I sold a Honda SUV to the Autobuy Melbourne FL store on March 18 '24. Experience was much easier and quicker than I expected. John T was the Autobuy Buyer that handle the process. John was great !! He inspected the vehicle, took some photos and gave it a quick test drive. Then all the info was electronically sent onto Corporate folks for review/approval. Soon we had a brief discussion with the Corporate analyst and arrived at a price agreeable to all parties. I left with a check in hand for a good price for my car. I'd recommend giving them a try if you're looking to sell. It worked out well for me.

John Trudeau is the greatest! Fair and professional, yet downright friendly. Unfortunately, unable to do business with them, only because I have a "vintage" vehicle, with virtually no 'comps' available. Still, got some excellent advice on how I might sell my car, and would gladly come back here or recommend to anyone wanting to sell their vehicle.

After getting a pretty decent offer from a different appraiser, I came into this place super skeptical that they'd be able to match it. I told them my car kept having issues pop up every couple months and that the previous appraiser found a leak I would've thought my oil change guys would have found (unless they caused it). Anyway, despite telling them entirely too much information, they beat the other appraisal offer. Austin helped me through the whole process. Genuine and super easy to talk to, he made my experience of selling my car seamless. Definitely recommend.

The COO was there when I went in and we had a great talk. He was very truthful and honest. Gave me a great price even after they said it wasn't worth that much. But to him, it was. He is a great guy and they are very thorough with the check. I loved my time here. So easy and effortless. They handled all the paperwork. I just signed, and got my check.

Went to autobuy last week to sell my fathers car. We met Vincent and had such a wonderful experience. He did all the negotiating for us with the members in his network. Got us out of our loan the same day! They are definitely short handed at autobuy as poor Vincent seemed to be doing 5 different jobs all at once. He even ordered us lunch as they were just a little behind it seemed. Great person to do business with. I would sell a vehicle here all over again in a heartbeat. The only somewhat unpleasant experience was on my banks end since they were being a pain about the title, which had nothing to do with them. Other than that, to be able to walk into a place just willing to buy a vehicle at such a fair price is just unreal and unbeatable. I tried multiple dealerships and ALL of the online selling sites. Jason and Victoria made the whole process pleasant for me and we even got some laughs in. Skip all of the hassle and just go straight to them. Appraisal and inspection was fast and would’ve been 45-60 minutes if it weren’t for my bank. So nice being around people trying to get you the best deal instead of just trying to get one over on you like at the dealerships and what not. I’ll be going to them and recommending them to my friends and family from here on out. Not just Autobuy in general, specifically Victoria and Jason. Thank you both again and see you soon!!

Had a wonderful experience from start to finish! At first Joey helped me, was very knowledgeable and experienced in his position. I told him what we were looking for and he made sure we got what we were looking for. Austin helped us the rest of the way, he answered every question and more and was also very knowledgeable and kind. 100% recommend. Gotta give our props to Austin and the fact that Autobuy did pay the Max as advertised within hours of our first contact! Austin was relaxed but professional, personal not intrusive, involved but not invasive. Each step was clearly outlined and performed exactly as described. The documents prepared by Leah were right the first time which is exceptional when our name spelling is unusual. Especially this part was quite faster than our experience with Carmax in the past. Perhaps this seems a typical hoped for business review but with young children that run and shriek and typically make certain transactions quite difficult or downright impossible having an incredibly smooth one was invaluable. We are quite appreciative and certainly highly recommend Autobuy!
