I needed a Medallion Signature Guarantee and the manager was awesome. I expected it to take some time but it took 5 minutes. I had enough paperwork with me. Thank you AFCU!

What a nice remodel and great location.

The team at this location are extremely helpful, the managers and advisors alike all help efficiently when I had an issue.

The atm outside works like a charm for me, and the coffee inside is a pleasant bonus of being a member I guess!

The change-counting machine is VERY nice.

I think if someone wants service at this bank - or want to use the change-counter, they should be a member.

I visited the branch yesterday and was pleasantly supported by Andrew Ramirez. He fully understood my situation and offered me products and advise on how to better manage my account and finances. A true professional who makes you comfortable.

I can honestly say Andrew provided Excellent customer service. I arrived five minutes before closing and he was able to take time to answer and help with all my inquiries.

I come here often with my neighbor and they always take care of us, great service! Great staff!

He was also very kind to my dog. I was sad the Vienna branch closed but I’m happy that the staff of this location are so great!

The branch is amazing. But the Credit Card fraud service is so slow I waited so long to to talk to a representative.
